Este apartamento es una unidad completa separada de la planta baja. El apartamento se ingresa desde la planta baja y una escalera interior que conduce al segundo piso. Desde el espacio en el segundo piso puede disfrutar de la vista panorámica y los numerosos puertos deportivos a través de las ventanas de gran tamaño y el porche delantero. Veleros, barcos camaroneros y otros recipientes de agua proporcionan un rico festín visual. La escena siempre está cambiando. En la primavera, el verde claro y el azul del pantano brillan en la suave luz. Más adelante en el año, el verde oscuro y los marrones son más visibles. Great unit for a couples getaway
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately for us it rained so we never saw the beautiful sunset. It is a great location. Very close to everything in St Augustine. The grounds could use a little TLC but it was fine we were sightseeing most of the time.

Amazing home
What a wonderful place. Everything was just as advertised. Bedding was extremely comfortable and having access to both a front porch and a back porch was awesome. The owners responded quickly with any questions. The ambience with all of the artwork and detailed grounds are beautiful. We will definitely be back and recommend this to all of our friends.

Amazing property w/ majestic sunsets!
The property is just far enough away from the hustle and bustle, to give you an island oasis feel. The sunset views were incredible! The house was perfect! Highly recommend. Hyacinth and David were the most gracious hosts.

Absolutely clean. I usually wipe down hotels/bnbs but didn’t bother here because it was clearly sparkling clean. Convenient location in a beautiful nature environment. Gorgeous landscaping. Well furnished.

Amazing home in an amazing city!
This home was perfect for our long weekend getaway. The location was great, so close to the downtown area, we were able to walk to many of the shops, restaurants and historical sites. The view was amazing out the back picture windows and the back porch to view the marsh and watch the birds and sunsets, and it was neat to see the neighborhood from the front porch as well. The home was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need, and the artwork was beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating and available to communicate with. Overall, this was an amazing place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Marina Sunsets
Marina sunsets is a unique property- Michael and Hyacinth have created an eclectic one of a kind experience for people looking for the perfect getaway. Views of the marsh and an easy trip to any of the attractions awaits in this Vrbo. My only hope is that it does not get so popular that I can’t utilize it again lol loved our stay!!!

Very nice property. Loved all the little amenities that were added such as a plug next to the bed water in the fridge coffee a bottle of wine chips. A little bit of a walk to downtown. But doable. Loved the Ice House and the wineries that was open walking distance. Also had a food tour which we met really close to our place also.

The property was quaint with lots of outdoor garden landscaping, a common area for all to enjoy the sunsets. The space was everything we hoped and more with art inspiration in each room. What we enjoyed most were the decks front and back while also soaking in the peace and quiet each day.

Enjoyed our Marina Sunset stay. For future guests consider the Old Town Trolley. We hopped on at the Lincolnville stop, a mere 5 minute walk from Marina Sunset. The unit was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Loved the host and hostesses art work.

Perfection!
The house was very well appointed and decorated very nicely. Everything that we needed was provided and in good working order. The Marina Sunsets name is a great fit as we spent each evening on the outside porch watching the boats come in and the sun go down. We plan to rent this house again on our next visit to St. Augustine. Loved it - Laurie & Duane

Wonderful stay!
We enjoyed everything about our stay. Michael and Hyacinth were excellent hosts, providing great recommendations and attention to every detail on their property. We especially enjoyed riding bikes around the surrounding neighborhood. Vilano Beach, about 15 minutes away, was cute and fun. We highly recommend this property!!
