We had a wonderful time at this VRBO. The home was beautiful. kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked with all your needs. The communication with owner was outstanding. We hope to stay there again in the future. Highly recommend this home.

Visit with family in Lincolnville
I stayed here with my adult children while visiting family who live in Lincolnville. The property worked well for us because it had enough bedrooms, and the common space was large enough. The living room worked will for a large group, with ample seating and a large TV. We also enjoyed the large dining tables. I wish the weather had been nicer so we could have taken advantage of the outdoor space. The location was great for walking downtown.

Family getaway weekend to see Nights of Lights
St. Augustine is known for its beautiful Christmas lights display in its downtown area. This was a weekend trip to take my mother in law for her 70th birthday with the family. The location to downtown was walkable or short Uber. We were able to park 2 SUVs in the 2 S2 SUBs

This is an Awesome setup
The place is even better than the photos. Super clean and roomy. Nice quite street with friendly neighbors. Felt very safe. Super cool enclosed back yard thats great for hanging out. And the host and on top of anything I needed. Definitely in the top of the manys places we've stayed.

Comfortable, Clean & Close to the Action!
We stayed here for Nights of Lights with our family and 2yo daughter. The home is super well appointed with everything you’ll need, is very clean and comfortable and close to downtown. It feels much larger than it looks in photos and we had plenty of space for 3 couples, one adult, and one kid. The backyard was great for our dog (fully fenced and well lit). I highly recommend to anyone looking to explore St Augustine!

Family weekend
We loved staying at this place. Very convenient and easy walk to St George St. the house was perfect for the 4 couples. Very clean and homey. Raena was very responsive and kind. We will definitely keep this in mind on our next trip to St Augustine.

Perfect, just what we needed!
This home is lovely, well stocked and the beds were all so comfortable! It is perfect for a large group. The location was great and the neighborhood was quiet. The sidewalks in the neighborhood were an added bonus for early morning or late evening walks. Communication with the host, Raena, was swift and delightful. Myself, three sisters and our 90 year old Mother were so glad we chose this perfect home for our St. Augustine adventure. Thank you to our wonderful and gracious host!

Great St. Augustine Stay
This is a great house in the historic area. Close to everything downtown. The house was spacious with lots of room for family to cook, hang out, play games. There is a lovely fenced in yard with deck area. The host was awesome, responsive and easy to contact and deal with. We had a great stay and would definitely stay in this location again!

Great part of the neighborhood!
The across the street neighbors to this property are excellent! The house set up is perfect for families or even couples. There is plenty of gathering space but also privacy in the house. We enjoyed morning walks, the neighborhood history and the close restaurants. We opted to drive to St. George area because of the time of year (too hot for some of our family to walk) but it is absolutely walkable from this location. The garage and drive way were excellent since our family comes from different states. The house had just the perfect kitchen tools available too. We opted to cook a few meals and had everything we needed! We had so much fun and would return to this house.

Perfect location
This home was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay so much! The location was centrally located to literally everything. We walked to the old town to watch the Fourth of July fireworks show so we didn’t have to fight with parking. Our entire family enjoyed our stay and we can’t wait to come back again.

Sweet St Augustine Stay
We LOVED our stay❗The house was bright, clean and very comfortable. It was so nice to stroll downtown to great restaurants without having to deal with parking. We so enjoyed the credenza of games, dbl sized hammock and outdoor ladder golf game ❗ Thanks for having beach chairs, blanket , cooler and beach bags. We enjoyed the kitchen being fully stocked with coffee, spices and creamers. It made our get away so much fun and easy❗ Will definitely book again.

Will absolutely be back!
This house is one of the best rental homes that I’ve stayed in! The location is perfect for anyone whether you’re looking for a fun nightlife or some peace and quiet. It’s close enough to all the bars but also on a nice neighborhood with very friendly neighbors who really make it feel like home. The beaches in St. Augustine are very clean and not crowded at all. If you’re like me and prefer a pool over the ocean, there is a pool down the street at the YMCA. I know, I was reluctant too but it was actually a pleasant surprise and we had the pool pretty much to ourselves. I stayed here with my family and although we were able to spend time together, there was also plenty of hangout spots inside and out to get some refreshing alone time. I absolutely loved this place and will be staying here again when I come back to St. Augustine!
