Perfect stay in St. Augustine
Perfect stay in St. Augustine! Loved everything about our house…very clean, prompt communication, perfect location and very lovely! The Fountain of Youth is right across the street and Magnolia Avenue is beautiful with the live oaks and Spanish moss lining the street. It is a very quiet street and in a very safe area. Would definitely stay here again!

weekend to unplug
Superb house, beautiful neighborhood, excellent location. The definition of a perfect weekend getaway was here. The House is spacious and clean, the kitchen it's complete with all your needs and elegant. My wife and 2 other couples stay for the 3 day weekend and we have a really good time. No need to say that, St. Augustine is a special place; highly recommended to check this house if you visit the oldest city in the US.

Great place to stay in St. Augustine
This property is perfectly located to enjoy St. Augustine. It is literally across the street from the Fountain of Youth and a very brief walk to the Old Jail. From the jail you can catch the tram tour - which my family enjoyed very much. If you don't mind walking St. George's St. and Castillo De San Marcos are only about 1.2 miles. The house is just as pictured. We had two of our grandchildren with us, one daughter and son-in-law, and us. Perfect size for us. My grandchildren told me that that would like to come back to that house the next time they visit St. Augustine. Check-in and out is quite easy. Although we didn't go to the beach, it is a very quick drive. And it is easy to get to stores should the need arise.

Picturesque and Peacocks
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fountain of Youth house. Check-in was easy, and communication with the hosts was seamless. The house is tastefully decorated and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and all the beds were very comfortable. The description on VRBO was accurate, and the pictures matched the property perfectly. We loved the neighborhood and the peacocks that roamed the tree-lined streets and property. We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect Location
We LOVED this house! It was beautiful and clean. It was not outdated. It doesn’t have a firepit like what was listed on the description but it was warm enough outside to not light a fire. The location is absolutely perfect!

Perfect all around
Lovely house, wonderful host, and unbelievable location. We had our annual mother/daughter weekend this year in St Augustine and stayed at the Fountain of Youth home, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was very roomy, beautifully decorated, and nicely equipped. We enjoyed the front porch and back yard for outdoor games and meals. I read all of the reviews and understood that we would be close to the Fountain of Youth park and the possibility of Peacock sightings. However, I didn’t realize we would be a few feet from the park, and would enjoy peacock visits every day. It was truly magical. Best place we’ve ever stayed.

Splendid winter escape.
Stayed in this beautiful, spacious house for 5 weeks. It was very comfortable which made it easy for us to live as if it was our home. Loved being on Magnolia Ave. across from the Fountain of Youth. Watching & hearing the peacocks was an added perk! A wonderful winter escape.

We loved this house! Six of us girls came here for my sister's 60th birthday and we wanted to take her to the Fountain of Youth. This house was right across the street and was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Highly recommend!

Birthday Trip for MeeMaw!
We rented this beautiful property to take my mom out of town for her birthday and just get away. It is walking distance from downtown, and right across the street from the fountain of youth. It is also about .25 miles from the trolley tour too! The home was beautiful and we saved a lot of time being so close!

First I would like to thank Daniel for making our first experience with an air b&b a perfect one!!! This house was spectacular, super clean and extremely comfortable! The Fountain of youth was right across the street. Loved seeing the peacocks walk the street. You are in walking distance to down town. We will most definitely stay here again!!! Great Location and Beautiful Home
What a beautiful home nestled under the majestic oak lined street. Our family found the location perfect for all of our daily ventures from the historic district to several eateries and all the beaches. The home itself was exquisitely decorated with that extra touch of a homely feel. The owners have gone out of their way to provide all the necessities you may need for your stay. Extremely clean with all updated appliances, comfortable bedding and beautiful furnishings. Plenty of extra living space and a beautifully maintained back yard area. Thank you Daniel for making this the perfect trip for our family.

All the Comforts of Home!
This is a beautiful property, very well equipped. You had everything you need. The beds were super comfy and the unit was very clean and in close proximity to attractions.We loved hearing the peacocks everyday. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had.
