Only gripe (although it really wasn’t a big deal at all) was “checking in” with the condominium office and getting your parking pass. You only have an hour window between when you’re allowed to check in to the unit and when the office closes. We got there right as the office closed on Wednesday and they were closed on Thursday. So we weren’t able to get our parking pass until Friday. We had access to our unit the whole time and our vehicle was never towed so it ended up being a non issue. I’m assuming they’re pretty lax about towing cars without a pass, but we had no way of knowing that.
Other than that, it was a great place. This unit is directly across from the elevator, which made it super convenient. 10 steps to the elevator, a quick ride down to the main level, and another 15 steps, and you’re at the pool!
Despite being so close to the elevator/pool, we never heard a sound. Everyone is super respectful of “quiet hours,” which was great.
