Fantastic house!
My family and I had a great vacation in St Augustine. The house was perfect for our needs. We had 4 couples and the king size beds were perfect, so very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and everyone commented on how easy they were to use.The back yard was beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the BBQ. The large dining table was great for our shared meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals. We will gladly recommend this listing to friends and family in the future.Thanks to the host for a fantastic vacation.

Fabulous Property !! Very close to Downtown
This property is the best one we’ve stayed at !! Very roomy for 7 adults and 1 toddler. Beds were very comfy. The kitchen is awesome. It’s fully stocked with nice dishes and plenty of cookware and utensils. Two coffee makers, one of which is a Keurig. The outdoor space is wonderful !! The pool, cabana with a TV, very nice fire pit with plenty of lots of chairs. Two other seating areas out there also. We really enjoyed the property. If we’re down this way again we’d stay here again !!

Great location, nice spacious home
This is a very nice modern home very spacious great location close to all attractions we loved the private backyard with good amenities the pool was heated to a nice temperature the house had a minor maintenance issue the sliding door between master suite and bathroom was broke not a big deal we would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Great location, nice accommodations
The Blue Heron property is a sleeper from the street. It is in an older neighborhood that appears to be turning over. The 4 King bedrooms were awesome and the master is huge! Nice living space, plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is modestly appointed. Nice washer and dryer on site, and cute little pool house. Can walk to historic district if in decent shape. Nice restaurants right around the corner.

Great Location and House!
Everything was as described. However, we ran into an issue with the 3rd bathroom (hallway) as the sink was clogged pretty severely; the inconvenience was that we were four couples, and two were sharing the 3rd bathroom. Of course, the toilet and shower still work, but if any of them needed to brush their teeth or wash their faces or hands, they would have to use the other bathroom in the suites. I recommended that the owners check all the house's functions before encountering this issue. The owner tried to get a plumber there, but we had already left when that happened.I hope that the issue has been taken care of.

Location is key
The location and amenities made this an amazing place to stay! We enjoyed downtown St Augustine and also were able to hang out and enjoy a swim and some smores by the fire pit. Everything was clearly labeled, easy to find and the check in and out process was easy!

A wonderful place to relax
My family and I were very pleased with our stay. Four bedrooms and three baths offered everyone the space they needed to unwind. The house itself has several distinct sections including a wonderful en suite. The backyard was also a gem with a lovely pool, cabana, grilling area, and a chair lined fire pit. The only difficulty for me was the extra firmness of the mattress, but that certainly did not outweigh the many beautiful aspects of this property.

Girls weekend get-a-way!
Highly recommend this rental property! Very spacious inside and out. The pool was refreshing and the outdoor theater area was an added bonus! The hosts were more than gracious and accommodating. The location was perfect! You are just a short ride to both the beach and downtown St. Augustine. Would definitely stay again!

Shear Perfection!
Plans uncertain up to the last minute due to two unexpected hurricanes that hit the area. Boy were we elated to find perfection! This home is a true oasis. You are transported to a tropical paradise! All amenities provided!! Bravo!! We are definitely going to book another stay in the future!

Nice stay
Nice. Grass needed mowed. Around the pool and deck was dirty with stuff from the trees and bushes. And pool had leaves and dirt at the bottom. But besides that it was a nice house and a nice stay.

This house was nothing but perfect. Located perfectly so if you want to go to beachside or downtown. Also has a pool if you just want to stay at the house and relax. Perfect for all family members. We had 2 kids that were 2 and they loved it. If we visit again we will definitely be seeing if this house available
