Christmas stay
Property very good location walking distance to restaurants and light displays. Property was very clean, bathrooms very nice. Linens and bedding very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was fully stocked with cups, glasses. Utensils etc.

Nights of Lights
Stayed with my husband and parents for 2 night for Nights of Lights. Property was just as pictured, very clean and in easy reach of all the things. We took an uber to the historic section one night and walked the other. Walk to La Nouvelle (must try if you haven’t before!!) or the Fish Camp for great food, rooftop at the Distillery for a cocktail. Hosts were great, very communicative and accommodating.

Nice, clean, quiet place within walking distance to all downtown activities. A couple of excellent restaurants and a distillery about a quarter of a mile from the house.

Absolutely perfect
My husband and i went to St Augustine to celebrate our Anniversary. We're also foster parents and needed a little pause and refresh. When we arrived it was easy check in with a keypad. We were greeted with a note and a local bittle of wine. That was so kind and unexpected. Everything was just as written in the listing. The home was very clean as well. We weren't really sure what to expect as far as distance to local attractions but, everything was within 10 minutes of the home. It was far enough away that it was peaceful and we loved watching the birds in the marsh behind the home. The only thing that wasn't super great was the neigboring houses lights would light up the bedroom even with the shades down. (They arrived at 2 am) Maybe some black out curtains that could be closed at night would help. Even so, this didn't keep us from having the most amazing time at this beautifully appointed home.

We had a great stay in this little house. Clean, modern and close to the distillery and fish camp restaurant! Safe and little grassy Park down the street to walk to and downtown isn't far!

This is our 3rd stay in one of this owner’s properties. Feels like a private luxury hotel. Cleanest VRBOs we have ever stayed in. Had difficulty with lock (our user error) and was able to get an immediate response and solution. Will plan to stay here every time we visit.

Immaculate, modern and close to downtown
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 198 Riberia. It was modern and clean with a great back porch that overlooked marshlands. It was quick to go back and forth to downtown. The only downside was space in the one bedroom. There wasn’t any room for our suitcases so we ended up stuffing one halfway under bed and the other was put out in the hallway. I knew this going in as other reviewers had mentioned it. Overall we loved the space and location .

Wonderful house, view, location
The place was beautiful. We loved the views of the marsh and bright openness of the place with all of the windows. Even with all of the windows, there was decent privacy. We were there in early May and had a little to no bugs outside. Most places are within about a half mile walk and a few great dining options were right up the street. We would stay here again if we were to visit St Augustine again.

Words cannot describe how pleased we were with this property but I’ll try. Location could not have been better and the property exceeded its description. Walking distance to great restaurants. Comfortable, relaxing and new. You cannot go wrong for a great place to stay in St. Augustine.

Clean, cozy and quiet
The home was very clean and modern. This was a perfect fit for 2 couples to stay because both rooms were even, having king size beds and thier own bathrooms. Nobody had to jump on a grenade and take a lesser desired room. The shared living space was more than enough for the four of us. Everything was new. We enjoyed both porches, (front and back). The location was close enough to walk anywhere, but also reasonable to uber. We took multiple ubers for under 10 dollars in and out of town if we didn't feel like walking, but the walk is not bad either. We also noticed that the tour trolly came through and passed the house and was required to go silent. There was very minimal traffic passing by. We will confidently recomend this property to everyone considering a trip to St. Augustine. Our favorite travel destination. Five stars for 198 Riberia.
