Lo mejor de ambos mundos con renovaciones de lujo y el antiguo encanto de San Agustín. Esta casa victoriana fue construida en 1880 y se encuentra en el corazón del distrito histórico. Hace unos años, renove completamente la residencia privada en 3 apartamentos separados, cada uno completamente contenido con su propia entrada privada, cocina y baño completo. Este apartamento recientemente renovado en el segundo piso tiene 1 cama queen en un dormitorio privado junto con un sofá seccional en la sala de estar. Las bicicletas gratuitas le ofrecen la oportunidad de dejar el automóvil estacionado y ver la ciudad caminando o montando.

Disfrute de los numerosos restaurantes para elegir, todos dentro de cinco minutos a pie desde su puerta principal. Además, las compras y visitas turísticas están a la vuelta de la esquina. Planee pasar el día haciendo turismo y caminar de regreso para relajarse en el porche con una copa de vino antes de prepararse para la diversión nocturna.

Great location
We fell in love with St. Augustine a few years ago. The location of this property, just 200 feet from St George Street, was ideal for us. We liked sitting on the front porch and watching the people go by. We'll probably be back.

Location!!
This house really has a great location. It's all about location. Within walking distance to most things of interest. The host was easily reached and responded quickly to any inquiries. We would love to stay there again, IF they got a new bed. We found to bed to be quite uncomfortable as it was lumpy. Not a solid supportive bed. Actually was sore from sleeping in the bed.

You will not regret booking this place. The location was so convenient. Everything is a short walk away. The place was nice and clean. It was such a charming house and we would def come back. The host responds quickly and we really enjoyed our time there. We made some great family memories. Highly recommended!

Perfect Location
The property is located in the heart of town. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Three separate couples stayed in the house with a perfectly equipped efficiency on each of the three floors. Separate entrances for each efficiency and very private. Well stocked with coffee pods and creamer!

This place is one of me and my husbands favorites. It is very clean, perfect location, and the queen size bed is comfortable if you like a semi soft/semi firm bed. The only downside is the garbage trucks early in the morning. However, even with that we love the spot so much I am fine with that being the only con.

Great location - lives like a big apt!
I knew the location was great when I booked, but was a little concerned because I thought it might feel cramped. I was wrong! Between the front porch (which we used a lot) and the back porch (which we used a little), this apartment has a ton of useable space. It was well appointed and very clean, and the owners were extremely responsive. Don’t wait - book it!

Great location, beautiful apartment.
I choose this place for its location having no idea that the aprtment itself would be so nice. We had no idea that it had two seperate patios until we checked in. Would definitely recomend. We plan on staying here anytime it is available for our trips to St. Aug.

Outstanding location in the heart of old downtown St Augustine with all the historic sites. Free Reserved parking space in front parking lot. Very large 2nd floor space with front and back porches for great views.

Lovely stay
The owners were welcoming (we happened to run into them upon our arrival), the property was very clean, and the location was excellent. It was fabulous being in the historic district, so close to St. George St. & Hypolita, since the relentless heat necessitated occasional breaks from sightseeing, and it only took a couple of minutes to get to our place (and sit indoors in the a/c). The great location has a shadow side - there's the occasional loud group walking by late at night; plus the beeping of the trash trucks woke us up at 6:30 am (but we fell back asleep afterwards). Note that the owners don't keep vinegar, oil, or spices in the kitchen (or sharp knives, I believe?), so you'd have to bring all ingredient you want to use if you're planning on making anything. Plus, there's no water dispenser in the fridge, just FYI. Also, the listing states that there's a DVD player, but there was none, in case you're old school like us and still bring DVDs with you on trips. Still, we enjoyed the balcony, the generous amount of coffee (keurig) and half and half the owners provide, the laundry facilities, and the accommodations generally. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The wine the owners left was a great touch.

We found our Gem in St Augustine
The host and housekeeper were very attentive, friendly, and helpful without being overbearing. The rental was very clean and had everything we needed for the 2 of us except maybe a table. It didn’t affect our stay but would have been nice to have table inside or outside to eat or play a game. The location can’t be beat. We didn’t use our car once during our stay. We walked to everything. As to be expected with the location there was some common “city” noises but nothing that interrupted our stay. There was live music and people watching that we enjoyed from the porch but everything was quieted down by 10:00pm. We truly believe this house made our trip better. We will be renting again and highly recommend it.

AMAZING!
We booked for a weekend getaway and this property was everything we needed. Completely relaxed and a great location. We parked the car and walked everywhere we needed to go and the times where we decided to stay in, we were completely relaxed and had all the amenities to make staying in just as good as going out.
