We were in Canada and had received emails from Vrbo telling us that our host should be in touch with details on how to get in - after several messages and phone calls, we spoke to the host who said our booking had been cancelled months ago - when I said you've had our money for months, he told us he hadn't had any - Vrbo gave us a refund, but we were still stuck in Canada with nowhere to stay... very frustrating - and when we got back, I receive an email asking if I enjoyed the stay!!
