“My husband and i stayed here with my parents while we were in town to visit both of my grown children who live in the area. We were able to gather for visits very comfortably as a group of 8 for dinners and the 4 of us had plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time in Dayton in the house each morning and afternoon. “The apartment was beautiful. Had a nice layout. Very relaxing and comfortable. Only downfall if any is that there's 38 stairs to climb to get to the apartment. Be disabled made it a bit of a hard time too walk up and down the stairs. And it's not really marked for where you are staying, so it made it a little hard to find. There's no address on the building. So I contacted Jeff and he told me where it was. Plus make note that there's only one parking space allotted for the apartment. Definitely...

“Place was disgusting. The room smelled really bad, bed sheets weren’t clean one of the pillows looked like someone was laying down there few minutes we got here. We called the “emergency number” and nobody answered.
