“Everything was fine. The pool was clean, the garden beautiful. Good equipped! Loved the sea at the house. And most of all the owners were very friendly, helpful, and nice people. ”

“Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful host. Great historic property for a large group of friends. Rooms are all on separate floors. The common / living room area to hang out is only accessible from outdoors - it was raining when we were there so that made it hard and we didn’t use it. It looks like an old hostel or small hotel and that the “common area” was the lobby. ”

“First and foremost, our host, Marija was amazing! She was always available for questions we had and information of the local area. The house was perfect for our group…three floors with apartment type lay-out. This allowed our 4 couples to have their own space and the children to have their rooms next to their parents. “Long weekend had been organised since Nov 2022 as it was for my stag do .for 17 " middle aged" fellas Communication with Gorana & Mario was great and we used their contact Pieter to ferry us around who was also brilliant as nothing too much trouble for him . Villa was awesome and everybody was extremely happy with everything from cleanliness to facilities . “The villa is beautiful, with the most spectacular views, it's very large and decorated to the highest standard. All our family enjoyed their stay, it was like staying in a 5 star hotel with the bathroom facilities laid out for guests. The only negative I could say is the roads going up to the villa are very narrow and can be difficult with cars coming in the opposite direction, also the area of Podstrana isn't pretty, but nice around the beach and harbour, road to split is very busy for at least...

“Such a clean, comfortable and well equipped villa. Easy walking distance to the beach, supermarket and some lovely beach bars and restaurants. We did hire a car but wouldn’t bother again as hardly used it. Drive to Split can be horrendous, parking difficult too so better by taxi or bus. Fantastic host, so very kind to let us stay for our last day as no one was booked in. So grateful. Thank you so much. ”
