“Property was exactly how it looks online. New and clean. We enjoyed the patio and yard games that were provided as well as the grill. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the bathrooms . A couple suggestions…add a full length mirror in the bedrooms and something for hanging clothes. Possibly a short bar on one side of the closets. Location is great for walking, biking and restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay here again. Had a loud group in another unit but host took care of it immediately.”

“Enjoyed our stay here very much. Nice new property very clean. Easy to communicate property Manager. They went out of their way to make a ramp for me to get into the door since I am in a wheelchair. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.”

“Great location, friendly neighborhood. A few house keeping things. The railing going up stairs was very dusty. Had enough cobwebs to notice many more. Had a few aunts inside by the patio doors. We did find spray and took care of them. This place was listed as a 3 bedroom. It is truly 2 bedroom with a loft. Check in and check out was super easy. Suggesting a mirror in the bedrooms. With 6 adults getting ready to go out, two bathroom mirrors is not sufficient. We made so many fun memories.”

“This is our 5th house in this neighborhood in Arnold’s Park. This house feels very rundown and was so incredibly DARK. The concrete walk leading to the door is broken up. There were only 3 chairs around the outside patio table. The kitchen table is a bar table with 5 backless stools, which is well past replacing. The master bedrooms mattress is foam on top of 4 wooden planks. It was terribly uncomfortable. The 3rd bedroom is a loft space open to the main level with a deck off of it. No privacy....

“We stayed over Labor Day weekend and loved it! Cozy and private little cabana just close enough to Okoboji, and right across the street from Spirit Lake. The back deck opening to trees was the best. Bed was comfy and plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Everything seemed so new and clean. Plenty of appliances and the coffee was appreciated! Floors are a bit noisy, but to be expected in an older house. Would definitely stay again. ”
