We stayed here over a long weekend with 2 adults and 3 children. The place was easy to find and is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is still close to all the major attractions including, a state park within walking distance with a playground. The house was cute, cabin like, and welcoming. As others have mentioned the front door is jammed so getting it unlocked takes some jimmying of the door handle. We found keeping the house cool was quite difficult. The breakers were unable to support all the fans and two AC units running at the same time. They consistently blew until we finally quit running the AC unit in the bedroom. It took some searching to find the breaker panel to reset it as there is no direct contact information for the owner or the management company. If other's need to find the panel it's on the top shelf in the bathroom closet across from the toilet. There was no carbon monoxide detector (at least that we could find) so we went out and purchased one so it should now be equipped with one. There were a few other safety concerns considering we had small children with us including, an old shower closet in the bathroom filled with insulation (this could easily be fixed if the owner added a bolt lock to the top of the door), and a window AC unit precariously propped up outside by a piece of wood.
Overall we would still recommend this location. It was a good price for the size of the house, and was well furnished. Additionally, the neighbor has free range chickens which were a source of entertainment for the kids with their nightly visit.
