“Riverstone is a great area. The Riverstone condos are secure, quiet and very nice to stay. We stayed a week and celebrated an early Xmas with friends. Lots of places to go, eat and see even if you want to make a short drive into Spokane to see the sights and Xmas decorations. Property manager was very friendly and easy to contact if we needed to. ”

“Having stayed at Riverstone once before, we planned ahead for this stay. Our return to Riverstone was this time in style and comfort. The 2 bedroom unit was perfect in all aspects, and facilitated greatly my sons stay with us. The unit was fully ADA accessible, since John is partially wheel chair bound. The staff was fully accessible, even when I had to contact them seeking directions in operating the modern appliances. In all this rental fully served our needs and beyond, and would rent again.”

“The house was in need of "up dating." The furniture was "well worn." The master bed was sitting on the floor, no frame. The dishes were in need of being replenished. We loved the floor plan and size of the condo. There were plenty of supplies. Very good location. The agents stayed in touch with us making it easy for communication.”
