Great location but poor management
We had booked this apartment and had asked for stay for 3 people. To our surprise, there was accommodation provided only for 2. When I contacted the property manager, she said she will arrange for the 3 person next day. We had booked the accommodation for 4 days. How did she expect us to stay without provided bedding for the third person. Someone please explain. We checked in about 45 min prior to our scheduled checking. Rooms were not cleaded and bed was not organized. When contacted the property manager said we were too early. I was surprised to hear this when the check out time is 10 am. Anyways, they arranged the bed after me reaching out. However, neither the sheets were cleaned nor the rooms. They used the same sheets as the previous guests and they were smelling bad. We took them to the Landry and cleaned ourselves. The bathroom gets wet easily as the floor is not level. Water comes out of the shower. Now we have checked out. Still the owner had not arranged for an additional bed. They had the sofa bed which is not convient at all to sleep. They advertise that room accommodates 4 people. This is a complete lie. Only 2 people can sleep on the bed comfortably. Be aware that this is a slum landlord. Other than the location, customer service is terrible. Avoid.
