“Beds are comfortable; convenient location; bathroom shower faucets need repair; kitchen , dining room and living room very nice; floors refinished; blinds in bedrooms and living room need repair; furnace door and closet need cleaning.; hosts are helpful and easy to communicate with. ”

“The space is nice but minimal. It met our basic needs. Could use lamps, luggage racks or some furniture to put luggage on, bath mats, sheets, bedding for couch, higher quality towels and sheets. Dryer didnt seem to be working correctly.”

The apartment complex is also well maintained with friendly staff. Hope I can get back for Christmas with our son who works in DC!”

“The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean, smelled fresh and had plenty of room for us. I will say the one downside was the area. The alley way we used to get access to the parking was too narrow to pull into and out of the assigned parking spot and unfortunately we saw a user shooting up. We did not let that ruin our stay and you shouldn’t either. Communicating with the owner was great. She is friendly and quick to respond. Overall, we had a great time during our stay in Washington...
