•Arrived after dark, no lights on
•Had to plug in lights on every nightstand for 4 bedrooms

•Ice Maker does not work
•Discovered the 2nd day that we had stayed in the house that windows were unlocked in 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, living room and the front bedroom had the window open. It was not found until the 2nd night as it is not easily accessible because the headboard
•Someone was sent the 2nd evening with a tank of propane for the fire pit but it still did not light, batteries for the garbage can, still had to open manually, lit the fire but it is not vented properly
•Requested WD40 for squeaky doors, we were told Brigette did not have anyone on the team available to bring it, we could buy it and she would reimburse us
•Asked for a late check out of 11:00 due to flight times, which Brigette responded with “sure thing, no problem, when we returned before 11:00 the lock would not release, when we messaged Brigette said they don’t usually permit late check outs but that she wanted to accommodate us because of the problems, we would have not been able to gain access if a family member had not been left behind
