“Perfect location for my five day stay with my little dog. Katherine was welcoming when I arrived but I didn’t see her again until I left. Super clean, very large space with all the amenities you could hope for. The full size refrigerator/freezer and oven are above what you usually find in rental spaces that contain a microwave and coffee pot. Would definitely return for another stay. Everything was perfect! ”

“The property was perfect for our trip. Eugene was great about responding to questions and request. We celebrated our daughters graduation from UNR and the location of this house was perfect. One thing, to mention, it says remove shoes when entering the home, but our shoes were cleaner than the floor. Please tell your housekeeping team to make sure they mop after every rental, the floor was filthy. Also please make sure they check the coffee maker, it was broken because a piece was missing...

“This property was beautiful, and the attached heated swiming pool area was really a hit with all ages. It is close to shopping and Tahoe as well as Reno. We enjoyed our stay very much. “ Clean and tidy and well organized. It seemed to have all necessary amenities and then some. A very comfortable bed. A good TV with Roku (could have used some instructions on where to go for frequently watched local and national news channels) I would have liked to receive door code and specific instructions a little sooner than 30 minutes before my arrival time. But other than that, it was a great stay. ”

“Four sisters, two spouses and one adult niece came from points across the US and stayed for four nights. Accomodations were as advertised. Great hosts We all had a wonderful time.”

“Nice stay, overall great option. Floors were grimy (very dirty hands and feet on crawling babies!) and one set of sheets was musty. Well equipped kitchen, complimentary food appreciated!”

“This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property and most likely will not be the last. Everything was all set for us when we arrived. The toaster didn’t work the morning we arrived so we messaged our host and within a couple of hours there they were with a new one. They also brought us a fresh bottle of propane for the barbecue! I thought that was a great service.”

“Everything was as advertised. The place is cute, sparkling clean, and perfect for two people and a dog. Super close to everything reno has to offer. The only thing I would advise is to be patient with unlocking/locking the door. We had to access the lock with the app at all times. This would take a few minutes each time we arrived and departed. ”

Pedimos pagar en efectivo y nos indicaron que al momento de dejar las 3 habitaciones reservadas con tarjeta. La sorpresa fue que al dejar las habitaciones fue el mismo sistema: teléfono y monitor. El monto de las habitaciones se cargaron a la tarjeta. Entonces para qué colocan la leyenda en su compañía de Hotels. com que pude uno pagar en el hotel.”

“We were in town for my daughters wedding so we did not spend a whole lot of time at the house. It was in an older neighborhood but the home was updated and nice. The shower water pressure was great. My only complaint is that the owner requested that we not wear shoes in the house and there was a fine of $50 or $100 (I cant remember which one) if caught wearing shoes?? The problem was that there were multiple pieces of flooring that were messed up (maybe installed incorrectly??) and were...
