“This was a very well priced apartment in a great location to all the parks and shopping centers. The check in process was fast and easy. We had a plumbing issue during the stay that was fixed quickly. Communication with management was very prompt and professional. The check out process was very smooth. The only downside of the apartment was extremely slow WiFi which did make somethings a little more difficult. Overall though this was a great stay! ”

“I stayed for 7 days and i felt right at home. Any and everything you could possibly need she has it there. The location is PERFECT! You are literally 2 to 3 minutes from EVERYTHING (Universal Studios, Walmart, Grocery Store, Millennium Mall, etc). The decor was absolutely beautiful. She put a lot of creativity in all of it. “Everything we needed to check in was provided promptly before we arrived. The unit was very comfortable and on the top floor giving great views from the balcony. Full kitchen was nice since we like to cook some of our meals. Bed and linens were fantastic; fluffy towels. The pool and hot tub area were a wonderful place to hang out.”

“Great host! I have nothing but positive things to say about our host, Ruben. We were able to check in a little early, which really helped out with out afternoon plans. (everyone could unpack and freshen-up before going out) He was super responsive to any questions I had. There were no wacky check-out instructions; he only asked that we take the trash out (right off the elevator on the 2nd floor) and turn off the lights. Nothing unreasonable at all. Good location! Really close to lots of stuff!...

“We were there as a family during a company conference and took a few days to play in Orlando. Overall the unit was fine for sleeping but the lights didnt work in the second room and not much room to move around. Since we were not in the room much it didn’t matter just an inconvenience. The property could use some love but felt safe with the mix of owners and rentals like us.”

“The place looked to be clean, upon arrival I seen a large roach dead. Upon ordering food the othe roaches that were hiding all started to come out. We put food in the microwave when went to retrieved roaches was on the food inside microwave as well. To top it off, when my children got in the bed they were bitten up by bed bugs they was crawling on the pillow on my cousin shirt and when pulled back the comforter they were crawling in the in bed.
