“Very clean and safe”

“Overall a great place. Parking was not great, half of the spaces are currently not available due to construction and the shortest walk to the parking lot was through a filthy alley. Place was clean and bed very comfy. Close to VCU, FAN district and convention center but neighborhood is a little run down with many closed stores and restaurants. No issues with door lock code etc. Only window was into the atrium and had blinds but the 2 glass brick openings had none so a lot of light coming in...

“We were in town for our son’s graduation from VCU and stayed at this property. Everything about the place and the experience with Mainstay was awesome.The place was super clean, the beds comfortable, the kitchen nice and open and the wifi was super fast. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, friendly and close enough to walk to several restaurants in minutes. Communication with the property management team was easy. “We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

“My stay in Richmond was for a short work trip and the location of the rental was perfect. Close enough to tons of activities in walking distance and a short drive to some of the outer Richmond areas. ”

“This little condo had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Richmond. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, great a/c. I enjoyed the wine and the water and coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. I am coming back to the show next year and will book at the Eileen. Parking was never an issue, so don’t worry about venturing out. In walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting historical sites.”

“Absolutely loooooved the place! The views of downtown on the top patio are amazing - perfect setting to watch the sunrise and set. The unit is very neat and cute. The art and notes around made it feel homey. The owner was suuuuper responsive and very kind throughout the whole stay. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend staying here. Neighborhood is cute, quiet, walkable with lots of restaurants and brewery around. ”

“My husband, daughter and I were in Richmond for our son’s graduation.The apartment was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, was very clean and comfortable. Really nice near by restaurants and a vintage market on the weekend. Definitely recommend!”
