“The communication was excellent. I received a response to my emails within 30 minutes if not sooner. The property was as described with a large area in the TV room where we could all gather and play games. Location was easy to find with enough parking spots for 5 cars. Check-in was super easy as they left the door unlocked so we could get right in. We arrived on Christmas day and as an added surprise they let us check-in at noon instead of 4pm. That was huge!! It practically added another...

“This house was beautiful! The pictures are exactly what you get. House was very clean. Probably the cleanest house we've ever stayed in. Location was amazing. It is right on the beach! Spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, Blue Harbor resort and a very nice walking trail. Loved our stay!”

“Was the worst place I have ever rented walked in looked around, things were broken like doors and not that clean, just not nice at all. Left and went to another hotel and stayed there. Had to give one star to be able to put up this review.”

“The Villa was a good location to host events for a larger party. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and hang out. The private beach on the lane was perfect for a lake day too. The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. There aren't any plates, cups, or cooking materials in the house, so I’d advise to bring your own. Same with coffee filters too.”

“This is in the Holiday Inn Vacation Club properties at Grand Geneva, though the owner is not directly part of the Holiday Inn. The property is nice. Only negative was the tub was not jetted as advertised. We were there for a getaway and it served our purposes nicely. I would imagine it is great in the summer. It was cheaper than through the resort and no resort fees. We would recommend it.”

“Enjoyed our time in the condo thoroughly. Was visiting for Gary Con with the family, and it was convenient, and the resort is very nice. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated.”

“PROS: good house space - air conditioned - 3 televisions - free kayak/padde board rentals - clean beach/lake and heated swimming pool at your fingertips - free waterpark tickets CONS: online pictures are deceiving - dishwasher leaked - cords hanging everywhere - kitchen not stocked for 12 people - 2 hide-a-beds in living room very uncomfortable (can't sleep on them) - open fireplace hazardous for small children - living room blinds don't close (slats missing) - no daily services (clean towels,...
