“Kasa customer service extremely deficient. Waited 3 hours to try to solve error for check in and at around 10:30 pm was told that they did not know when I would be able to so. The best they could do was refund me. Emails were not functioning and phone service futile. Very bad experience. Do not recommend Kasa company. ”

“Overall we enjoyed our stay. Room advertised for 8 but that would be cramped. We had 6 with two folks in all 3 queen beds. There was a pull out couch that would accomodate 2 more but with the couch pulled out you would not have been able to walk as it juts into the kitchen. Property the best when it comes to the beach and pool. I highly recommend and would come again.”

“The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Communication was not as expedient as I required but eventually my concerns were addressed. My gripe is with VRBO. Extra fees added to what I thought was a fair price resulted in doubling the cost and making the stay out of my budget. Also the "free water park passes" were not available and haven't been since 2020.”
