“The property was exactly as was described: beautiful location, comfortable. Communication with the owners was very fast & super helpful. The owners take great pride in their home & have gone above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The home was very clean & well taken care of. We really appreciated the small touches that were supplied by the owners like ample paper products, trash bags, s’more fixings & even shampoo & soap in the event you forgot to bring some with you!😀”

“The home is a decent distance off the highway but the scenery you'll see while driving to it are gorgeous. On the first day, we saw 3 deer and 2 rabbits! The driveway is very steep and made of gravel, so keep that in mind when choosing what vehicle to bring. If it has been raining, your tires may slip a bit going up. “We wnjoyed our stay at the home. It was beautiful 😍. Plenty of room to roam & the scenery was beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone to book their stay. The owner amazing!!”

“It was so nice when we arrived, they had several lights on the front porch, A welcome card, fresh fruit, plenty of supplies. It was so nice and peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub. The location was easy access to town. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we went to Log cabin restaurant and the waiter that waited on us was wonderful. He had asked us why we were in town and we told him our anniversary and the Blue Ridge Parkway. At the end of our meal, he brought us a delicious piece of cake...

“We traveled 4 hours to stay at this rental only to find out that the place was vacant and locked up tight. There has been no renovation and the host was unresponsive. There wasn't any furniture, no stove, no refridgerator, and there was trash around the place. We had no phone service and no place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE, IT IS A SCAM!!!”

“Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. “I very impressed but I will honest when we first pulled it looks very rustic but once inside it was very clean and the bed omg it was like sleeping on a cloud, we loved how we could freely walk the property and we really enjoyed the farm animals which are all very tamed even the chickens lol this place to rent especially if you have kids that go to Emory and Henry College we stayed graduation weekend my mind was at ease because we did not have to deal with any traffic”
