“Amazing, we stayed 2 nights. Loved the cabin, especially the outdoor bath. Had a few furry friends come visit too. Fire place kept us warm as it was a bit chilly at night. Only thing I would recommend is to have 2 sets of towels as it was a bit hard to get them dry after use. ”

“The Sorell Barracks' Garden Shed which i stayed in for a night was well equipped, comfortable, secure and warm. The 4 poster double bed was charming. The TV reception was good. The heater worked. The kitchenette was well equipped. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. The front door key was in a key safe on the door, the code to which was txted to me on the day of arrival. I never did see or hear the owners / managers, which felt a bit odd, but I'm sure they were contactable had I...

“This was my favorite place I stayed on my trip. It is a beautiful spot. The owners were delightful and so sweet. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed. If I could have stayed here for the duration of my trip I would have in a second. Highly recommend. ”

“The apartment was small but adequate, very clean and tidy. I missed not having an oven to entertain guests and no extra blankets were available. There was a broken chair that nearly caused a calamity and the lounge room cushions needed some attention. The instructons to get in did not arrive until the morning of our arrival - I would have preferred them at least the day before for reassurance. It was quiet and cosy but we needed to leave the reverse cycle heater on overnight for warmth.”

“On the Beach 2 was lovely. The spaces and proximity to the beach were exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the beach and the easy walk to town and wineglass bay cruise. The only feedback would be that the Queen bed was tired and not very comfortable. Mattress could do with replacing.”

“Fantastic base to explore Richmond and Hobart with great views from the front deck. Compact cottage but manages to feel roomy with three bedrooms and a living area. No dining table inside but we managed at the kitchen bench. Dishwasher and heater could do with an upgrade, but the owners are very responsive to any queries. Richmond is great little town to explore, and we were only 20 minutes or so out from Hobart and MONA.”
