“Property view of water Incredible and walking trail by water, right on property. Staff very friendly, close 2 Delaware Canal Park, Bucks County Theater, n Peddlers Village. Rooms Very Clean, Breakfast was great, had item made and Continental breakfast combined. If I had 2 nitpick, no outlet nxt 2 bed, so phone had 2 charge on floor, have only old outlets n no fridge in room. Otherwise, Perfect!! ”

“Lovely serene spa-like accommodations. We reserved Springhouse 2. The in-room fireplace was a nice feature. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I had the pumpkin pancakes which were light and tasty. Staff and service very pleasant. I would stay here again. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and charming.”

“Beautiful and clean”

“Absolutely amazing experience staying in this B&B. The owners were accommodating and even provided a tour of the home for us while we stayed. We received a "Sanitation" kit which included masks, sanitizer, gloves, etc for our use. Home cooked breakfast was delightful and better than you would get at any diner in the area (we know, we've been to most of them). The rooms were immaculate, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom was almost spa-like with the standalone bathtub and night light mood...

“Beautiful property. We stayed in the smallest room with bathroom just across the corridor - no big deal we were only there for 1 night. Thoughtful touches- bathrobes, bottled water and chocolates. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly hosts. We’ll be back. ”
