“La casa es muy amplia, sin embargo, le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Las puertas están trabadas y las persianas de las habitaciones estaban quebradas. Le faltan utensilios de cocina. La limpieza nos quedó debiendo muchísimo, los baños no estaban limpios, había medias de otros huéspedes y algunas cucarachas. Llegamos a la casa y el microondas no funcionaba, el coffee maker no tenía la taza, no había sartenes y muchos bombillos no funcionaban. Nos pasaron de casa y los aspectos mejoraron, sin...

“Condo was beautiful and clean. Close to everything and very convenient to all the Disney parks. ”

“The condo was clean and had most items necessary. The furniture needs updating. The chairs and couch are worn and sink in badly when sat on. The toaster meeds replacing as well. It is a nice area and we had an enjoyable visit. ”

“The location made it easy to get to all of the attractions we were in Orlando to see. There is a grocery store conveniently located less than a 5 minute walk away. The property is very nice, spacious, quiet and comfortable. It worked out great for my family of four. We would stay again in the future. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is if they would leave some laundry soap and more dishwasher soap for the guests to use. They provide a washer and dryer, but no soap. “We had a great time during our stay here. The condo was clean and well furnished and within walking distance to the pool area. ”

“The property and location were great. We couldn"t use the amenities and fabulous balcony because of lousy weather, but will come back another time for sure, when the weather is better. We had issues with the heating (it was really cold weather that week), and Sergio worked hard to get maintenance to repair it. We had great communication with him and the property manager, Gary. They were quick to respond to our messages. We will definitely stay here again, when we return to Orlando”

“All was as expected. This was our first time away from home during an Ohio winter. Had to call maintenance over an AC clog and small ants but was handled promptly. Received an email about damage done and was blindsided because I was not aware of any. Came to find out it was caused by guests that stayed with us. Very disappointing. I apologized to the management company and will pay charges. ”

“My friends and I had all loved the Vrbo listing here in Orlando. It was easy to get into and the space accomodated all of our needs for our large group. The place was clean, very spacious which helped us all get ready faster when it came to having to go out. The host and cohost were both very nice and helpful with information. If I'm back in the Orlando area, I'll be looking into booking with them again. ”

“As always, Windsor Hills is a wonderful community to stay in! Location to WDW is great. Loved being on the first floor - no steps after long day in the park. Communication from owners was great. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“We have stayed in this resort before for the proximity to Disney. The condo is clean and has enough bed space. ”

“This was my 4th Vista Cay Property in the past 5 years or so, and while the room rate was competitive with similar properties in the Resort, this unit was the least tidy and most barebones of any I've stayed in. Bedroom furniture and living room couch are in serious need of replacement. Drywall around the outlets in the main living area was caved in. Comforter on a twin bed in the guest room was visibly dirty and stained. Carpets had visible stains. I'd say the unit was, at best, "adequate." ”
