“We arrived at the condo and it smelled bad. The refrigerator had old stuff left in it. It had not been wiped out the hall closet smelled of cat urine. Every bed had trash and hair in the bed. The downstairs half bathroom had dried blood on the floor and dried urine on the lid of the toilet. The floors had not been swept or mopped. The upstairs hall bathroom tub had black dirt in it. Trash piled up outside the back door. I would never rent from this host ever again. The host said she would refund...

“Great apartment with everything you need. Comfy bed, WiFi, washer/dryer, nice kitchen with full size appliances in a nice neighborhood. Easy checkin and out and communication with hosts. Would definitely stay again! 5 star”

“Clean, modern, close to everything, including the MAYO Clinic. Parking was easy! Condo was fully equipped, including a washer and dryer. I would definitely come here again. Highly recommended!”

“We booked a weekend stay and when we arrived the host was no where to be found and would not answer any phone calls or messages. Vrbo helped us get a hotel for one night but we are still waiting for a refund. Awful experience. Vrbo needs to take this listing down. Its either a scam or something has happened to the host.”

“the bed. Live two hours away. Went to a concert at Ponte Vedra and wanted a place to crash after so I wouldn't have to drive home at night. My partner had to back out so it was just me. VRBO said it was close to the location, but it was really 30 minutes away. But it was an easy drive, so that's okay. “Nice stay. Address different than stated on the site. Clothes were still in the washer, and the dishwasher was not ran for the dirty dishes. But overall everything was nice and comfortable and quiet for the most part, except for during the day pool noise, hallway noise(apt right outside the elevator) and noisy above neighbors.”
