“The property is in an excellent location. For the most part, the accommodations are good. The hot tub was clean and fresh. Several windows had blinds that were broken or unusable. They also needed cleaning. Carpeting throughout is stained and looks old. Several faucets need to be repaired or replaced. This property needs some ongoing attention and maintenance. ”
