Very thin walls which are not great when the guests in the neighbouring room stay up until 2am, no ventilation (no window to open) so very stuffy even in December”

“Aldi Morrisons and McDonald's are a couple of mins drive. Restaurants and shops 10 mins slow walk but car park also near by shops. Comfortable stay, we used as a base for biking 15 miles round Rutland water. Double bedroom on ground floor with toilet by the door. Then another double on top floor with ensuite shower room. A twin room and a bunk bed room with main bath room and over bath shower. Very good for large families. We didn't use the kitchen because chippy was also good near by. ”
