“Arrived at 4pm for check in with no check in instructions. Took host 45 minutes to get to me with check in conditons. Once we entered property, the conditions were disgusting to say the least. Floors were dirty with dirt and crumbs, towels were dirty, dishes left in sink, couch my children were expected to stay on has stains and was dirty, defecation and urine in toilet and the bathroom sink had several hairs on it. We left and filed a complaint with VRBO only to have host have the audacity to...

“These are cute and roomy studio lodgings suitable for short or long stays. The club house would be a good place to host friends - pool table and ample sitting and TV. I found the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance and since that was one of the reasons I chose the property, I was very disappointed and refunded $50 after speaking with mgmt. Most communication is by text or calls unless you find the staff in the office during regular office hours. The room was at a very low humidity setting...

Upper level beds comfortable. Lots of stairs. But most South side flat properties will have lots of stairs. Location made up for all of that and we were satisfied.
