The house has all the amenities you'll need, including essential beach equipment; umbrella, chairs, and cooler, etc. There is a new jacuzzi on the deck as well as new furniture and BBQ. We had all our meals on the front deck enjoying the ocean and in the evening watching the locals boogie board. “What a treat of a home to stay in! The location is superb, steps from Poipu and Brenneke. The home is also perfectly laid out with the best lanai and screened in porch upstairs. There is AC in both rooms but we never needed them in Dec as we just opened the windows (which all have intact screens!) to let the winds come in. The house is equipped with everything, especially in the garage - wagon, kids sand toys (be sure to look in the bins as we didn't see them and bought some!), chairs, umbrella,...

“Poipu crater was so magnificent, walking distance to the pool and beach. Condo was a little out dated, but hey you’re in Kaua’i what more could you need! The condo was perfect for 2 couples! Or even for a family. Was a great place to spend our vacation. The only negative thing was that the HOA president and his wife are very rude, accusatory, and snooty.”

“The cottage was perfect for the two of us on our honeymoon! Amenities were great (washer/dryer was extremely useful). Bathroom was also nice—the shower was noteworthy. Everything was well stocked from welcome gifts and wine openers to utensils and coffee. The bed was a little finicky, hut we ended up taking off the foam topper which helped a lot. Prime location too! Poipu and Kōloa are awesome places to be on the island!!!”
