Beautiful home

We just spent a week in this home and it was everything advertised and more. The house was stunning and had anything that we needed. Kitchen was incredibly well stocked, the soft fluffy bath towels were plentiful and the basket full of beach/pool towels was an extra nice touch. Pool and hot tub were clean and the back yard was a sunny oasis to grill and spend time relaxing.

Perfect stay

The house was as advertised. No issues. Great location. Short walk to beach or places to eat. House was clean and pool area was very nice. Host was very responsive to every question. Definitely will stay again.

A great spot for the family!

We had a great family vaca at this property! Awesome communication and flexibility for a bit of an early check-in! It was chilly in South Padre, but the hot tub did not disappoint!

We enjoyed our stay! Jenny was very quick to respond to questions or issues while we were there. Really appreciated that. Very relaxing time by the pool everyday, and found the interior of home very inviting & comfortable.

Continued Issues with Pool

When we arrived the house looked clean expect for the pool. We choose this place due to the pool; however, we were not able to use it during the entire 4 day stay. Apparently someone came by each time but unable to verify it until the 3rd day! Management tried but the pool was GREEN and CLOUDY. Not to mention the fun stuff we found in the pool (frogs, glow sticks & fake eyelashes). Management told us the pool was safe but it did not look safe. I kept taking pictures of pool and house. House was decent but the corner areas of the house needed extra cleaning. Make sure to take pictures!

South Padre getaway

We have stayed at many vacation rental properties. Rarely are they better in person than the pictures on line. This place was fantastic and better in real life than its online profile. We would definitely recommend it.

New Year Getaway

We had 8 people in our groups and utilized all 4 bedrooms, 2 downstairs by pool, and 2 upstairs by kitchen and LR and DR. House was very nice. Spent a lot of time at the the pool & hot tub. The extra $$ to heat the pool was worth it for this time of the year. Had a small problem with the pool on Day 1 which was Sunday 12/31. Owner got back to us immediately, and someone was out to address the problem in a few hours - very impressive!! House has all the utensils you could think of. They also supplied beach/pool towels, which was great. House is beautifully decorated, but still comfortable. Upstairs porch off the kitchen is a nice "extra space". Overall very happy with our stay at this home on SPI.

SPI Relaxing Retreat

The house lived up to its pictures and the kitchen is well supplied. We opted to have the pool heated since it was December and was well worth it as we enjoyed soaking after long days of biking and kayaking, in a lush backyard which was very private. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating when needed. We will be back!

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time. The house was as described, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Jenny & Kenny went above and beyond with thoughtful touches like laundry baskets in each bedroom closet, slippers to wear in the house, and nightlights in the hallways. The backyard has beautiful landscaping that provides a good amount of privacy. The smell of the blooming plumeria was a treat! The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. When I let them know we were having trouble getting the hot tub to warm up they had someone out to help us very quickly. They were very responsive from the time I booked through the end of our trip and it really felt like they wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for us. From the house It's a quick walk down to the end of the block to the intercoastal to watch the sunset. The ocean is a half mile walk from the house. We opted to drive and had no problem finding free parking at the public beach access points since we visited in the off season. Highly recommend driving north to the end of the island road to seashell Beach. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and beds very comfortable. The family room was perfect size for our family of 10. The backyard had a pool and jacuzzi and gas grill, comfortable seating, and I could go on. I loved the attention detail that the owners put in to everything; they labeled all light switches, had timers on often forgotten switched, both espresso and drip coffee makers, high quality cutlery for eating and preparing food, kids cutlery etc etc. thank you.

Beautiful House near the beach

This house is just what our group of 8 needed for a short vacay. We absolutely loved the pool/spa and backyard which is where we spent most of our time. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need on your stay! We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Great house and location

Very clean house in a great location. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Looks to be recently updated. The pool and yard area were the best part, although the house was great too. Nicely stocked kitchen with everything you need. I can't think of anything we didn't like about this property. Would definitely stay here again.
