Condominio actualizado con vista a la playa y al Golfo de México. Hermosa, llena de luz, tres habitaciones, dos baños con ventanas al este, sur y oeste. Unidad de esquina del lado sur ubicada en el cuarto piso que ofrece vistas excepcionales y amplias de la playa en ambas direcciones. Sala de estar y cocina extra anchas con espacio suficiente para que su familia se extienda y se relaje con estilo. Decorado con buen gusto con muebles cómodos, arte original y una cocina bien equipada con despensa de tamaño completo. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal, queen size en el segundo dormitorio y dos gemelos en el tercer dormitorio con colchones cómodos y 300 sábanas. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo que agregan comodidad adicional. Televisores y reproductores de DVD en la sala de estar y en todas las habitaciones. Balcón lo suficientemente profundo como para ofrecer cómodas cenas al aire libre en una hermosa mesa de mezquite con espacio sobrante para relajarse en sillas plegables. Nice place. We’ll like to come back soon.
We liked the place, the spaces, the location. We had a very good time and enjoyed the apartment, and the facilities provided. Loved that it is close to the beach. Just an observation: both shower faucets were extremely hard to open and close, my 8 year old needed help every time she got in the shower.

clean condo and Good Value
everything was clean, everything worked well, and it was conveniently on the beach. pool was very clean. the only thing that needs an update is living room and balcony furniture is very outdated. if that was updated we would be thrilled to come back. beds were very comfortable.😊

Beach House II in South Padre is Perfect!
This Condo is so perfect. So Spacious, the decor is elegantly beachy...the artwork is lovely! You will find everything you need in the kitchen. The outdoor closet is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys...nice to have. We absolutely love the location, just walk out back and you're on the beach! LOVE Beach House II.

A week in the sand
Check in was a breeze! We was notified by staff of expectations and important things to know, they were attentive to anything we might need. The condo was quiet and perfect for families. There were plenty of sand toys, chairs, dishes, towels, and cookware! We didn’t lack a single thing during our stay!

Comfortable and great location and communication
We stayed there for about a week during the Thanksgiving holiday. We wanted a kitchen so we could prep some parts of a Thanksgiving meal. Kitchen was nice and big. The rooms were nice and it had a great covered porch with a nice view of the gulf. Secured lot with two parking passes was nice too. Clean and comfortable. We hope to stay there aging in the summer. Super happy campers here!

Beach Front Condo
Overall a great place to stay! Some things are aging and need upgrades, but we enjoyed our week in SPI... I have stayed at numerous different units at these condos over years, and this one was not top tier, as the furniture could have been a little newer and more comfortable. Beds were decent, kitchen well stocked, but no crockpot, beach chairs were great, but one short for the four of us, balcony was one of the better ones, showers would've been better if the faucets worked better, washer/dryer were new and awesome! But, again, was a great place to stay...you can always find some aging items and faults in any of the places I've stayed at over my 46 years of coming to SPI!!!

Great beachfront family escape
Love this condo. Quite comfy for a family escape to the beach. Comfortable furniture with all the little things you may need at a home away from home. The balcony was spacious enough for enjoying your beach reads, breakfast listening to the waves or a little siesta. The short walk to the beach made it easy to pop inside for meals and then back out to the beach for more fun.

Stop your search and book here!
Our stay at "Watch the Waves Roll In" was fantastic! You should stop searching for the perfect place and just go ahead and book this one - it IS perfect. First of all, the pictures in the listing don't do the place justice. It is scrupulously clean and is MUCH larger in person than it appears in photos. When we walked in, all of our teenagers shouted, "Wow, this is HUGE!" The living/dining/kitchen area is enormous for a condo, with plenty of room for everybody to spread out while eating or playing games. The porch, with a panoramic view of the gulf, is also HUGE. Your whole party would be able to comfortably relax on the porch and enjoy the evening breeze. (I read almost an entire book on the porch one breezy afternoon.) The furnishings are lovely, and the kitchen is stocked with high-quality cooking and dining equipment. The complex pool is visible from 2 of the 3 bedrooms, which was great for our family. We could check on the teenagers in the pool frequently without having to be down there with them every minute. The beach access gate is right off the pool deck, so you can be from the condo front door to the beach in about 4 minutes. It's just ideally situated. The A/C cools very well, so we were never hot or uncomfortable in the condo. Finally, Franke Rentals and this owner were a dream to work with. There was a problem with the building's elevator (it was in the process of being fixed), but since our unit was on the 4th floor, it was a trial to lug our beach stuff up and down the stairs every day. However, when we learned of the elevator malfunction, we called Franke Rentals right away. They were very kind and understanding. They called the owner and negotiated a reduction in the daily rate to offset the inconvenience of the broken elevator. All of that to say, I'm sure the elevator is now repaired. But, if there is an issue that comes up during your stay, the Rental company AND the owners will do what it takes to make it right for you and your family. This was a 5-star stay!

Knowing there was a cart to aid unloading car would have been helpful. Also, chairs and umbrella in storage closet would have saved us space in the car. Excellent stocked pantry, dishes, cookware! Excellent views of the ocean 😊

Very impressed with the whole process! Great communication with Desarea on COVID-19 restrictions and updates. Very appreciative to Rental company and the owner for letting us wait till the week before our dates to make final decision and payment. Wonderful condo for group of 8. Inviting, great Gulf view, easy access to beach, well stocked w basics, comfortable beds, especially like the large/shaded (after sunrise) patio. Washer/dryer big plus!

We enjoyed the condo. The only I recommendation I have is that property management leave a more generous supply of toilet paper, dishwasher pods etc. Also a bin for recycling plastics etc. would be appreciated.

Lovely spot for a beach vacation
Overall a lovely place. No hand soap or tissues so had to purchase and left there. Electrical a little wonky. Poor water pressure in one bathroom. Beautiful view of the ocean and easy access to beach. Nice pools and hot tub.
