Bienvenido a South Padre Paradise. Nuestro condominio es de 2 habitaciones / 2 baños en el 4to piso con las vistas más increíbles de la playa y el océano.

Imagine un lugar donde puede despertarse con un hermoso amanecer cada mañana desde la comodidad de su dormitorio principal. Disfruta de las vistas panorámicas desde el dormitorio principal, la sala de estar y la cocina. Relájese en el patio por la noche y disfrute del sonido del océano y la tranquilidad que brinda un condominio muy especial en un lugar muy especial. We enjoyed our 10 days on South Padre Island. This unit was everything we wanted in a beach side condo. It had a great beach and ocean view. It was well stocked with extras. It was a clean and comfortable place. Sea Vista is very well kept and a nice facility .

Perfect!
I came to celebrate my 70th birthday, and one of my children joined me for part of the trip. The condo was very clean and the most well stocked we have ever been in (and we have rented quite a few 4-bedroom houses through the years). We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every evening, listening to the waves and looking at the stars. The location was excellent - at the end of the beach so very quiet. The host was excellent. He promptly answered any of my questions. He also provided a very helpful guide for South Padre Island that we used extensively, looking for restaurants, grocery stores, activities. It was truly a perfect vacation for us.

Amazing panoramic sunrises and beach views
Beautiful condo. Always has everything you need. Very clean and inviting.The grounds and well kept with a gated entry. Beach is just steps away! Who could ask for anything else! We enjoyed the restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Exactly what we wanted
We wanted something close the the bridge and on the beach. This was perfect. Not “fancy”, but our goal was to spend all the hours on the beach. You look straight at it from the windows. It’s steps from the beach which made life easy with our four kids. It was clean and had everything we would need. Pack and play in closet, bonus shampoo and body wash, plenty of dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, paper plates, trash bags, etc. if you’re a food planner, there is a crockpot. Great property for a family. We would absolutely stay here again.

AWESOME GET AWAY!!
We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean and well-equipped, and the view from both the balcony and master bedroom were breathtaking. Mother nature also put an amazing display with a waterspout visible in the distance. The fireworks display at Louie's Backyard were a sight to see. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

Great View!
My family and I enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. Condo was clean, had a great view of the beach, and checking in and out was easy. Location and access to the beach was very nice. Owner was gracious and good at communicating with me. He answered questions I had before our arrival, as well as during and after our stay as there was a hurricane forecasted towards the island the last day of our trip.

This was our first time staying in South Padre and the view from the unit was amazing. It was stocked with everything that you would need. I liked that it had private beach access. The whole experience was great and would recommend staying here.

Good location, great view
The apartment is clean, well managed, and has very convenient private access to the beach. It's also equipped with plenty of beach chairs and bodyboards for family use. The main bedroom and living room have nearly 180 degree ocean view. We enjoyed watching sunrise from bed. It takes a ~20 mins beach walk to SPI jetties, an ideal location to watch SpaceX rocket launching. We watched the 4th launch of Starship on the last day of our trip - amazing.

Great condo
Awesome stay, great view, very well kept condo and stocked with supplies that people tend to forget to bring. Only thing we’d like to see is an upgrade to the recliners and taller chairs on the balcony so you can see over the balcony when sitting on it. No matter, we will definitely rent this condo again.

Great Condo for an Extended Stay
This condo is clean, the beds are comfortable, the linens are nice, and the view is fantastic. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything we needed to cook -- decent pans, sharp knives, adequate cooking utinsels, plenty of eating utinsels, plates, and glasses. The manager was extremely responsive and helpful. We have booked this unit for next year.

Another great vacation
We arrived a little early, so we ended up exploring the island for an hour. But check-in was really easy. The condo was very clean and had all needed utensils for the cooking we needed to do. The beds are comfy and the view is amazing.

Great location!
We had never been to SPI before, wanted to be on the south end to be away from the majority of the spring breakers (we went in mid March). Great location, beach was easily accessible, pool was a lovely respite, and Ed was super nice and responsive before we arrived and during our time there. We had a minor toilet issue (nothing big) but he had plumbers there the next day and all was fixed quickly. Thanks for the great stay!

Christmas vacation
We had a wonderful time. The location was perfect. We were all comfortable in the condo. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The condo had everything we needed. The heated pool was perfect since the ocean was a little cold to swim for my husband and I but that didn’t stop my kids. The grounds we’re lovely and the staff was amazing. Great communication. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back!

Clean and comfortable
This condo had everything you could need for a weekend or a week. It was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable. The view was fantastic. The owner was responsive to our needs, which were few. I gave just four stars to the check in procedure because the guy that checked us in was very difficult to understand ... but he was very nice and seemed competent at his job.

Off season vacay.
Had a great stay for an off season get away. Location was fantastic at the south end of SPI. Less crowded. Condo had everything we needed. Views can’t be beat. I think the complex is a little older but it is very well maintained and our unit was still nice and up to date. Would absolutely stay here again. And the price was fantastic for the location. We came for beach so we weren’t in the unit too much. It was vey quiet.

Great Location
Great location with convenience to the beach. Was nice to have things like paper products and extra beach supplies. Property could use a good cleaning and the patio door did break on our first evening. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!
