“Extremely hot for couch surfing 70 year old. We requested that owner give management company approval to pick up a standing fan. Presumed we did not know how to open the Place for Cross breeze. I cannot imagine being in this place come summertime. Ours was April. TV was not working. Owner only seemed concerned to have the feedback to know what needed done before he arrived for his stay! “This condo was just as advertised and immaculately clean upon arrival. All of the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some simple meals and there is a French press for coffee. We loved drinking coffee each morning on the lanai listening to the ocean, and it has great sunset views. The building is older as noted by another review (most condos are here), but well kept and there was plenty of parking. We noticed the pool and grill area getting thoroughly cleaned...

“Great location and very well equipped condo with a view of the ocean. Comfortable beds and the A/C kept the place cool. Unfortunately the place was not cleaned well when we got there- the sheets and towels had been changed but the floors, stove, microwave and bathrooms had not been cleaned well- some maybe not at all. Had to make a complaint and after a few days someone finally came to clean again and did an okay job. ”

“Jenn is a perfect host. We really appreciated the location to water, airport, Haleakalā , Road to Hana , west Coastline Road and Lahaina, whale watching, airport and FOOD TRUCK PARK. “We absolutely loved staying in the condo and already want to return. The updates are beautiful, everything worked properly, and the entire resort is very well maintained. We would have liked to check in a little bit before 4:00 which was not possible but we will still enjoyed our trip and would book this property again. ”

“We truly enjoyed our stay. So nice to have AC! And the beach chairs, beach umbrella and ice chest. The location was great - central and close to all the beaches. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Close to the pool. Just know that there is no elevator. You walk up a flight of stairs. Refrigerator is small, no ice. But you can easily get ice from local stores. Perfect for a couple. Enjoy!”

“Extremely disappointed in this property. There were roaches, ants and silverfish. We found bugs in the bed and it appeared the sheets had not been changed. The unit was dirty and in need of a deep clean. The location of the unit faces the parking garage and is right next to the office and a loading zone. The lights from cars and outside lights made it impossible to get proper sleep. There were no blackout shades. There was no reserved parking despite what we were told. The a/c unit is extremely...

“Great spot, we were considering the four seasons but this did a better job for us as we loved the extra space, 2nd bath, location to beach and all the amenities a home would have. Very clean and great communication, host was flexible in offering us a half day as our plane left at night. 5 Stars all the way! ”
