“Todo muy bien hasta que me enteré que por hacer la reserva vía Hoteles.com no tenía servicio de limpieza de la habitación. Que si lo quería tenía que pagar costo extra. Muy mala experiencia, reservé por 4 noches y ni para hacer las camas. ”

“Todo muy bien su personal muy atentos y amables , la abitacion, que me dieron la alfombra estaba manchada se miraba sucia, el tiempo de mi estadía hay la alberca estuvo cerrada la de nuestra torre tuvimos que ir ala la segunda torre la cual estaba llena . Fueron los únicos inconvenientes lo demás todo perfecto .”

“Dan is extremely responsive. We had one issue with laundry and he had it handled in less than an hour by coming over personally and handling it. Excellent service with a smile. Would definitely stay again and again. ”

“The Vills was great !!!! So nice and very clean. Everything was updated and fairly new except TVs. Owner needs two new TVs. The screens are very dark. Can tell they are starting to go out. ”

“We got in very late but check-in and checkout were super easy. The facility and room were great and would love to stay there again the next time I am in Vegas. ”
