The house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing time in Tahoe celebrating friends. Location was great, all the amenities were accounted for and used. Enjoyed our time.

Great spot only a short drive from “downtown” South Lake Tahoe. Plenty of space for our group. Hot tub and sauna are a nice touch!

Great home. Very spacious. The game room was a wonderful place to relax and have fun. Full size pantry in the kitchen gave us plenty of storage.

It is a very nice property. They could have things like salt and pepper at least available. The only problem we had was the propane tank was almost empty so we were only able to barbecue one night and there was no backup propane tank available.. The first aid kit needed restocking. Other than that, it was very nice.

Beautiful property and very roomy house!We fit 13 adults and 1 child easily.The only issue was no air conditioning in July.We know the nights are cool but the days were quite hot and bedrooms took awhile to cool off.

This was such a nice, spacious home to stay in! The patio and hot tub/sauna were lovely & the game room den downstairs was fun! The beds were clean and comfortable & the amount of bathrooms was appreciated. Close enough to go to Bally’s for dinner & Pope Beach for a lake day. So fun!

Family Vacation

Great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 min drive to the city. We enjoyed our stay and liked the layout with the living room and kitchen/dining room on main floor, game room on the bottom floor and top floor had all the bedrooms. We also had a moment where hot water didn’t work and they promptly responded and sent someone over to get it checked the next day even though the hot water came back on in a few hours and was mainly the boiler taking a little longer to heat it up because we had some people that showered and we were running the dishwasher and the washing machine. Professional and very attentive management compan. We highly recommend. Thank you.

Cleanliness and communication

When we arrived at 4 pm, the property still hadn’t been cleaned. They allowed us to go in but they left without vacuuming and did not leave us enough towels for our whole family. We called the next morning for the towels and to replace a chirping smoke detector. Multiple people came out to the property over the next couple of hours asking us what we needed and trying to change the smoke detectors, not realizing somebody already came. The staff did not seem to be communicating with each other. However, we finally got everything we needed. The property could use some maintenance as many things don’t work as they should or are very poorly repaired. However, we had a great time and made the best of our stay. The kids and adults all loved the game room and we took full advantage of all the sleds in the garage to play in the snow.

Tahoe Reunion

Quiet neighborhood near our local friends was great. Deck was wonderful gathering place and new grill is nice. I found the kitchen was lacking in cooking supplies - it would be nice to at least have salt and pepper. Home starting to show some wear and tear- but fine. The basement sliding door does not lock and no bar to secure it. We used a pool cue which was good because a bear tried to get in. Bear actually took both slider screens off. Another negative was the strange bad odor inside front door and one of the upstairs bath.

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property. Quiet neighborhood. We had a heavy spring storm which did not allow us to use the outdoor deck which was amazing and we were looking forward to that but the beautiful snow made up for that!!

Great for Groups

The house met our needs well. Great bedroom setup and plenty of bathrooms. I would bring extra towels, but very nice they had travel shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking gadgets and dishes you would need. Also loved the big family table. One of the garage bays cant fit a car, so bring a brush/scraper if you go in the winter.

Tahoe/ Heavenly

Thee Monarch was quite perfect for our stay. My family and Friends with teenagers set up this trip..our first to Lake Tahoe..and ski Heavenly. We were snowed in the forst couple days..and glad there were several things to keep everyone occupied...the kitchen was well equipped..being snowed in..we cooked a lot. Shout out also to our host...communicated to us about road conditions..and send guys to plow us out..so we could get to the mountain..all in all we had a wonderful time at the monarch

Great house!

We had a wonderful stay. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were quiet even though all of them were upstairs together. The basement game room was a huge hit with the kids. The hot tub was clean and the temperature was easy to adjust for adults vs kids. I wish there were a few more kitchen supplies (more forks, spatula, broom) and a few extra towels would have been nice so we had enough when we were doing laundry.

Comfortable

Overall, a good place to stay and had most amenities one would require for the week. When we did need a few things we couldn't find (linens for the pull out couch and shovel), the property manager was quick to resolve the issue.

Monarch Place

Rented this place for a "friends" reunion. Friends I have known for 45+ years. Big place with plenty of room. Beds are comfortable, nice game room but pool table could be better. Plenty of dishes and pots n pans. Great bar b q. Host answered first call for broom and I left message for them to call again and no response. (think he thought I was calling for same thing but I wasnt.) Nice area close to Holiday Market

Retirement Trip

Location Great and plenty to do!

It was our annual guys ski week. We had a 6 male adults in our group and we had plenty of space to roam. The game are serviced it purpose well. The kitchen was stocked very well. The only negative there, needed larger coffee cups, tin foil and a couple new non sticks. The other two items wirth mentioning, be sure to ask ahead of time about plowing. We had major major issues the first two days getting stuck three times. The other was the hot tub could have used more water. The was taken care once I emailed. I wish I had don’t that sooner. These were minor issues that could have been resolved quicker if I had reached out sooner. In all, the house was accommodating and was a good choice! Thank you !

Family Love

We visited this property for my 52nd birthday and grandsons 1st birthday. All family! the entire experience was grand! Communicating with property managers was easy and convenient they were always available! The only thing that was not good is when we booked we are required to put how many people occupying the house which was about 14-15 people and we only had enough towels for 4 people. We had to go to the local TJ Maxx and buy more which was only a mile away. The house was not clean! On day of check out we thought we were snowed in, all nervous about getting out in the snow and property management gave us traveling advice. Two members of our party was stuck in the driveway for an hour or so Management communicated the entire time to make sure we were ok and comfortable with traveling or if we needed to stay longer. I will definitely work with this company again and we are looking forward to renting that same home again.
