Disappointed
This property has potential, but was not ready to list. Property Managers were disappointing to say the least. We had several major issues. No screens on the windows, no fans on site and a clogged toilet. They brought us fans that I had to unbox and put together myself. 3 days into our trip, they installed window air conditioning units. When I'm in Tahoe, I look forward to the fresh air and open windows. After the first night, we couldn't keep the windows open due to the amount of bugs and mosquitoes coming inside.
Management never addressed my complaint about the patio. It was filthy and the cushions were dirty. It's such a nice deck, but we didn't use it. It would be nice if they had a table to eat outdoors. A bbq would be a plus so you don't have to cook inside and heat the house up even more. We couldn't get the spa to work. Directions needed.
The toilet didn't get fixed. There were 8 of us sharing 2 bathrooms. No follow up from management.

All new appliances (it would be nice if they had directions to work the Induction stove stop)
Well stocked kitchen
Comfortable beds, linens
Game room
Table seats 10
Great lighting
Good for Tweens/Teens
Cons:
Property Management
No screens
Hot water runs out after one 3-5 minute shower. Does not support 8 people.
Lots of stairs
No bbq or outdoor table
Kitchen is small
Furniture looks great, but not necessarily comfortable
Some litter around property
Traffic noise from highway
No remote for master bedroom TV
