“We had an incredible stay at this property. The accommodations were fantastic, and the communication throughout our visit was outstanding. Highly recommend! ”

“Loved this apartment for the location, convenience, cleanliness, and the view. The communication isn’t too smooth because it’s a big company called Effortless Stay that manages it, but when there were internet issues they were on top of it. It took some time to get the internet back but they were nice. Before renting it I asked about the rooftop events and I didn’t get any response. Other than that this place had everything we wanted.”

“We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.”

“Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage and groceries up 3 floors due to no elevator. Parking was an issue due to construction that was currently happening but we never saw any workers. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us when we asked for more than 2 bath towels. Location was ok for our day trips. ”

“Cute little table on a patio to sit outside. Fairly private. Comfy (super comfy!) beds. Laundry, big bathtub. Everything was perfect for our stay. Only spent a couple of days and it was a welcome retreat after a long day of hiking and seeing the sights. We had a personal issue come up and our hosts were very accommodating of our needs. ”

“Location was great, short uber ride ir walk to union station. Unit was clean and exactly how it is shown in the pictures. It will comfortably fit 8 adults for sleeping. Living room and kitchen are huge and outdoor space is bonus. Well appointed appliances in the kitchen. It would have been great if they had some basic spices and coffee powder refilled. Great bathroom space, however hand soap and lotion were missing. These are minor details but overall the unit was amazing and comfortable. ”

“Great space to have large group and close to coors field for Billy Joel concert! Our host Jon was fabulous to work with! He knew we were coming in for the concert and even downloaded Billy Joel playlist on portable speaker we used on the rooftop patio! More bells and fancy whistles than you can imagine”

“If I had to describe our stay in one word, I would use luxury from the well appointed fully functional kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms. The beds and the sheets were super comfortable got great rest. The neighborhood is easy to get to easy on and off of I 25. Would totally stay here again and would totally recommend it to any family or small group passing through Denver!”
