Perfect
We live in Massachusetts but were in need a short getaway, some beach time and hiking. The Cape is perfect for this. We found this location and the response to our requests as well got us off to a good start. The location was ideal. We got everywhere we wanted to go quickly. Once we realized (from the host) that Cold STorage Beach was around the corner, we were very happy. We spent a full day there - its amazing! We packed up after the sun went down. Ate at local eateries where the food was superb and allowed pets. Our sweet Milo fell asleep under the table everywhere we ate. The one thing I didn't notice in any descriptions of the property (I m ight have missed it) was one of our favorites features. A fabulous outdoor shower. Large spacious and amazing! It was great after a day at the beach. This is a great spot. The house has everything you need and more and knowing that the host would respond quickly is a great feeling anytime we rent.

OUR STAY AT SEARS RD
THE HOME IS VERY NICE. LOADS OF ROOM, VERY CLEAN. NICE YARD. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY. THE ONLY CON WOULD BE THAT IT IS TUCKED AWAY, NOT TOO CLOSE TO ACTIVITIES. WE FOUND THE BEST BEACH WAS MAYFLOWER BEACH, ABOUT 20 MINS AWAY.

First time on the Cape
Walter was a great host. He let us check early and leave a little later. The place was perfect for our stay. AC in every room made it very comfortable. Spent Friday at the Dennis beach and Saturday in Chatham. Ate some great seafood. Hope to return in the future.

House was spacious for our family of 4. Quiet location but close enough to get to places and other towns in the Cape. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well stocked for those wanting to cook in. Very nice stay and would recommend staying. Walt was very responsive while communicating .

Memorial Day weekend stay
This is our second time renting this property. It’s the perfect size for our family and centrally located to so many great things to do on Cape Cod. Walter has great communication before you arrive. We would definitely recommend renting this house!

I really surprised no sheets on the bed. We went out to Marshalls and bought bed linens and towels. The property at first glance nice and pretty clean. There was some random shirt hanging off the bed and the Fridge looked like it was not cleaned from the last guest.

Walter's house was exactly as described - perfect location for the glorious beaches there as well as getting to the highway, shops etc. The house has everything with an excellent outside area - and good AC! Communication with Walter was excellent, and he came in person to help out with an issue. Highly recommended!

SHORT STAY
Walter was very kind to host our stay of only 2 nights. A bit of a kerfuffle as to entry access, but luckily raised Walter by cell phone quickly and got it sorted out. This following is critical NOT of Walter but of VRBO: Most often when we stay in VRBO homes the listing will indicate whether OR NOT linens and towels are provided. In this case they were not provided, nor was any mention either way made in the listing. It was a bit of a surprise to us but we were able to find Marshall's in Patriot Square and get what we needed. Now that we are "educated", we would certainly visit this property again. Thank you, Walter

Great time on the Cape.
The stay at Walt's property was amazingly easy and convenient to all the things that we did. We were there for a golf trip and it easily fit the five of us that were in the house. The pictures actually make the house look smaller than it actually is. On the other side of things, the pictures give the impression that it's near the water which it's not. But that was okay since as I said it was convened to everything that we were doing in Brewster, Dennis Orleans and Yarmouth

Walter was great! We rented for the weekend to attend a funeral. When we arrived he had cheese, crackers and snacks for us. Everything was as expected and it fit us perfectly. Thank you so much. Fresh flowers on the table and in the living. An added touch.
