“Pictures do not match Google maps. When I contacted customer service to question this I was told there were no issues with the property. Day of check in, I had not received check in info so I contacted the host. I was told the property was rented theough July and was not available. I called VRBO and they took an hour to confirm this. I was assured a 100% refund, but as of now I have only been refunded the service fee. I will be telling everyone I know and the BBB NOT to use this untrustworthy...

"We were able to stay here for two weeks (one of which was extended) while our father was in ICU at the hospital. The shuttle service to and from the hospital was such a wonderful addition, it gave us a stress free time to be able to get to the hospital in a stress free way. Plusroom service, free breakfast, Gym etc. "
