“I know a lot of the reviews have been negative but this lodge is just a simple, comfortable motel. The rooms haven’t been renovated so they’re a little run down but almost everything was spotless and the linens were clean. I’d say just some of the corners were a bit dusty and there were some hard water stains in the sink. The mattresses are a little saggy but were still decently comfortable. “OMGosh! This place was so AMAZING…from the heated floors to every form of coffee brewing available (teas and hot chocolates are stocked as well). I enjoyed freshly ground French pressed coffee every morning in this well-built, extremely clean home with comfortable beds and seating area. “Cozy place. The pictures show nice hardwood flooring but it's been changed since then to lvp - no big deal. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen (replenish the salt btw). Ladder might be a problem for some getting up to the loft for some. Only complaint is the door code was malfunctioning and had to wait for a back up person to come and open the door with a key from the key lock box. 1.5 hours to get in. Owner does not need to have a 10 digit code to open a door. In all my travels 4 to 5 code is efficient. And male...
