“We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast. What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...

“This is atleast my 5th stay here.. Our rooms door seal was missing and we could see daylight through the door jam, cold air flowed through the entire stay. The maid didnt do a great job cleaning - tooth paste splatters and finger prints on the bathroom faucet, previous renters socks in the "closet" by the door and the freezer had items left in it. Customer service at the front desk & the breakfast kitchen workers were pleasant/helpful as usual. They get 5 stars for customer service....
