Beautiful property as described
This is a beautiful home that is sitting on a bluff overlooking the ocean. There is access to the beach across the street; but it is a little tricky for someone who may have limited mobility. There is a BBQ on the awesome deck, but due to weather we weren’t able to take advantage of it. Restaurants are a short drive away. The only downfall that we would say is the beds are very firm. So that was an issue for our party of people. We stayed 3 nights and that was the max that my back could take. This is why we gave it four stars.

Beautiful ocean front getaway
We had a wonderful stay! The property is newly renovated and the kitchen and bathrooms were stunning. There is a no shoes property that we struggled with a bit going in and out the back door. The floor is warped in areas but it’s new wood or laminate probably on an old surface. The outdoors was beautiful as well with new table and chairs but some were zip tied to the deck so we couldn’t move them. There is no ac so it gets warm on sunny days in the afternoon. Downsides: glassware is mismatched and not enough for several people. We could only find one cutting board and the drawer arrangements don’t make a lot of sense. We were out of propane for the grill but they brought us some within two hours of contacting Vacasa. Also we had an issue with one of the smoke alarms which they fixed. The floor is a bit slippery in socks - especially the stairs. Also, we found aome fruit snacks in the crevice of one of the beds and the powder bath wasn’t mopped. The towels were cheap and small for adults. 10 am is a really early check out time.

Sweet Retreat - Fantastic
Lovely property next to South Beach. Do you like having miles of beach virtually to yourself? Do you want to have the constant roar of the ocean as white noise sitting in a hot tub? Do you want to have a place which is well stocked and shows pride of ownership? Close to Newport, which also has a lot going for it. 10/10 would stay again.

Great beach house!
This house was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. If you have any mobility issues getting to the beach would be very difficult so keep that in mind but it was about a 5 minute hike for us. It was perfectly clean. Cell and wi-fi service were spotty but it didnt bother us at all. We saw hardly anyone on the beach so it was like having our own private beach. Not walkable to anywhere but less than a 15 minute drive into town. 5 out of 5 stars

Stunning Views and Beautiful Comfortable home
Breathtaking is all I can say. Jaw dropping view and sleeping to sound of waves crashing. We even tried to extend our stay a day! The home is decorated beautifully. Hot tub was clean. We had food and groceries easily delivered, so it is easy to find. Planning to book here again!

Beautiful property and well stocked kitchen but we arrived to an unusable hot tub that was green, cloudy, smelly and had a scum ring. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

Amazing Beach House
The Beach House was amazing and perfect location. It was in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to the beach; just a 3 minute walk away. The view of the ocean and sunsets were so beautiful. We would come back to this place again.

Great Location! Great property! Hot tub with view was a huge hit!
This place was great! We would definitely stay here again! Had a bit of everything for our family! Hot tub, games in the garage, very fun rooms, very relaxing! The view can’t be beat! I also LOVE the walking path to the beach!! Not a lot of places have beach access in this location!!

Fabulous ocean front beach house but falls short of a 5 star
'Hard to beat' ocean front property in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. However numerous annoyances including bath towel quality, limited or missing kitchen supplies, grill condition, hoop game 'cut wires' etc. etc. was the focus of my groups property review.

Ideal location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. Our only concern was the 80-degree temperature of the hot tub on our arrival. We booked this home as a short getaway after running the Eugene Marathon, and specifically because it had a hot tub. We were extremely disappointed we couldn’t soak in the hot tub when we arrived. Unfortunately, the rental manager did not respond to our concerns until after we checked out. Other than that, we enjoyed the views, beach access, and beautiful weather.

Great view
The house itself is amazing. Great views. Hot tub wasn’t hot and was dirty. Called the property manager and they didn’t send someone out until the next day. The housekeeper did a terrible job at cleaning. Hair on toilet in master bath, stained bloody sheets on bed, refrigerator was dirty, sink in kitchen was dirty, countertop was not wiped and had crumbs. The price that we paid for the rental and fees I expect better. Won’t be returning.

Perfect Getaway to Beach
We looked a long time for the right beach house in Oregon for our anniversary trip. When we ran across this one, it felt almost too good to be true. We were SO happy to find this place to be EXACTLY like the photos. Beautiful perfection! My husband and I were impressed by the little details in this home. The little path down to the beach was easily found, and a very short distance. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for such a WONDERFUL stay!!

great location. Showers need serious update. Upstairs heat control knob missing, lower master bath sliding barn door was off the railing, shower doors are not secured at bottom which could cause them to be dislodged from top slider. How about a note saying where extra towels are located.

Very beautiful location
Nice property and very awesome location and views. Everything was as described. Did have an issue with the hot tub, sent a message on here and never got a response. We did finally figure it out after one day of not being able to use it. Also, the washing machine is very moldy/funky smelling and left our clothes smelling not so fresh. Overall, this is a beautiful house and it was fun to see the whales through the telescope. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking!
