“The property is in a good location right on the beach. A lot of homeless on the grass area, made it a little uncomfortable to sit out and enjoy. The pictures of the unit itself are not as it is now. The carpet and couch had so many stains it was disgusting. Master shower leaked water on floor, half the light bulbs were burnt out. “ The house was clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. However, we encountered some challenges, such as difficulties with the front gate and a shortage of towels and bedding for our group of five. While the sunset views were stunning, we were advised by several locals not to let our children swim in the ocean, which was disappointing since this was a key reason we chose this location”

“Great condo for our stay in Imperial Beach. Location is awesome with many restaurants and an a couple breweries within walking distance. There was some construction being done on the other side of the building but it didn't really bother us. We were gone most of the day wile the work was going on. Off street, garage, parking for two cars was perfect. Wonderful place to stay.”

“Very nice place. Good parking. Great view and close walk to beach, near a park and some shops. Only downside had to do with the neighbors smoking out on their balcony which made sitting outside unpleasant at times. I suspect they aren’t supposed to do that and were also vacationers. Property itself is excellent. Well stocked kitchen with utensils. Bedroom with the 2 beds is tight but having two queens is nice for more people.”

“My sisters and I had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The hosts so helpful, they went the extra mile for sure. Truly made our traveling and stay much nicer. The condo is clean and spacious. Gave us a nice place to relax after outings, or when staying in a great view of the ocean. Would definitely book with them again.”

“The unit was very spacious with three bedrooms. We stayed for a month. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the unit. The main street of Imperial Beach is a fun spot with lots of places to eat and drink. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions I had. The only issues that we had were the cleanliness of the bathrooms upon arrival. The spa tub had mold and mildew which I tried my best to clean but the apartment could use a good cleaning from the top down.”
