“This is an interesting spur of the moment stay. Whilst it was 'off the beaten track' (its not) between the two Auckland beach suburbs, it was easy to find. Staff show'n'tell: 10/10. The Studio room was spacious, very modern and clean 10/10. Two firm beds (10/10). Aircon (10/10). A large shower. TV in room (9/10). Free parking onsite (10/10). Outside entertaining area available to sit and get eaten by the mosquitos :). Lovely place. I'd stay again. ”

“We have stayed many incredible and beautiful places all over the world. Te Karaka Lodge is completely in a class by itself! Everything and everyone in this place is superb. There is not one little detail which is not lovingly cared for by the staff. It is a gorgeous place in gorgeous surroundings. “Had a wonderful time over new years. The place was over all very elegant, the rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Loved the air conditioning on the hot summer days. The spa was a treat. Even though it rained, we barely noticed because there was so much space inside, and lots of covered areas outside. Looking forward to coming back 🙂”
