“We had an excellent stay here. Beautiful property with plenty of space for a group of 8 of us. Including children between the ages of 1 and 5 years old. We made use of the swimming facilities on site. Mary is a lovely host. Who answered all of our questions promptly . I would not hesistate to stay here again ”

“All in all me and my partner loved our short stay away in a beautiful shepherds hut. It was out of the way and so peaceful, i’d definitely stay here again. The only thing that let it down was the door latches and there was a gap in the bathroom door. ”

“Perfect place for me to work. Lots of space for one person (or 2). Cozy Aga. Atmospheric large gardens. Excellent and delightful on site manager. This is old fashioned and hasn’t been decorated for a while. But a well equipped kitchen set up. Excellent large kitchen table and endless possibilities to cook on the Aga. “We really enjoyed our stay in Linhay. The property was clean and very well equipped. The contact with the landlords, who live on the same property, was very nice and we felt very welcome. Linhay is a nice accommodation as a base for various excursions. The pub in the nearby village is within easy reach and offers regional specialities. Kind regards and Perhaps we see us next year.”

“Had a lovely holiday week. We had the house and flat, ideal for our party of 9 and three dogs. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. Kitchens have just been refurbished, main house one wasn't quite finished but not a problem. Love the outside space too, enclosed garden for the children and dogs. Visited both the pubs for drinks and meals too, good food and welcome.”

“This property is ideal for visiting the north and south coast of Cornwall. We stayed for 10 nights , our only problem was drying clothes. The weather wasn't very good so trying to dry anything for 8 people was difficult. Tracy was easily contactable if we had any problems. Booking in was easy. Accommodation was great for 8.”

“Our family of 3 and our dog stayed at Lower Marsh Farm in July 2024. Would highly recommend. We had a fantastic stay: converted barn was perfect, had everything you would want, fabulous bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed, secluded enclosed garden etc. Amenities on site were excellent and we used the tennis court and table tennis room several times (equipment all there for you to use). Owners/staff very helpful and welcoming but not intrusive. Lovely walks on site too.”

“Really nice owners, in a really relaxing atmosphere of Dartmoor. We enjoyed it to stay there in the fully equipped old cowshed, modern furniture included. “Me gusto la casa y las dimensiones. Por otro lado, los utensilios de la casa, referido a la cocina, eran deficientes. Una casa preparada para 6, aunque eramos 4, y no habia mas que 5 vasos ( y todos de distinto tamaño), un juego de cubiertos, faltaba una paella de tamaño grande...lo de sólo poder estar una hora en la piscina tambien mejorable.”
