“Check in was complicated, multiple emails and texts asking for the same information. Property has a great location and is spacious albeit a bit dated. Kitchen particularly needs much better lighting. Disappointing to find no tea/coffee provided given price paid. Unfortunately problem with TV wasn’t resolved until second day and only followed up when I reported water coming through the ceiling. That prompted a swift response! ”

“This hostel does not exist, there is also no pool or breakfast. Instead, in the neighboring building, people sleep on mattresses on the floor.They sent an email that there were no places in the hostel when we were already on the plane. And when we arrived in Dubai, people in the neighboring building told us to look for other accommodation. Everything that is written about this hostel on the Internet is a lie. Be careful.”

“The location cant be beat, its super convenient with access to the Dubai mall through the lo by of the hotel. The nightly coat was a bit higher than expected, in the fine print theee was a high cleaning charge as this is a private residence. I checked the cost compared to the kempinski hotel which is in the same building and it is less. I did notice that the room was not cleaned as shoild be but it was decent. ”

“The apartment is not ready when we arrived at 3:30 pm. The check in is at 3:00pm and they are still cleaning , they finished at 4:30! They cleaned fast and not deeply, we saw the place before cleaning when we dropped our bags . It was very messy and dirty. And the check out was at 11:00 am. It’s not fear. However, the location and view was amazing.. I recommend but make sure with them to clean and make the apartment ready before check in and respect the time and at least give a compensation for...
