Casa de 2 pisos en Somersworth NH con sala de juegos, terraza grande, jacuzzi, estanque koi y bar.

2 baños, 3 habitaciones privadas (para 6) y 2 juegos de literas en el sótano / sala de juegos (para 4 personas). Sin embargo, la casa puede alojar hasta 18 personas (es decir, varios futones, colchones de aire, sofás, etc.).

Hay una sala de sótano / juego con 130 "TV, una mesa de ping-pong y dardos. Muy amplia terraza con jacuzzi para 8 personas y múltiples mesas para comer, así como parrillas para asar.

Hay una hoguera para asar march-melos y cantar. Hay un mirador y estanque koi al aire libre + cascada pequeña con asientos para relajarse y escuchar música. Gran patio trasero con juegos preestablecidos, como voleibol, badminton y herraduras.

Great stay
My group had an excellent stay. We had a mix of adults in their 30s-40s, and children aged 2-6. This property had plenty of space, and a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. It's location is convenient of groceries and any essentials you may need to buy. Also conveniently located nearby are easily accessible trails! Overall would highly recommend for any large group.

Awesome spot! The audio in this house is incredible from speakers everywhere to the theatre room
The theatre room was amazing. We used it to watch the Celtics and a movie. They have speakers all throughout the house you can easily connect to. The grill worked great for us and the hot tub was really nice. Lots of space to sleep too. And ping pong table was in great shape. The owner was highly responsive for any questions we had.

Great Thanksgiving
We stayed at this property while visiting family for Thanksgiving. The house is very large with lots of fun things to do. The shower upstairs has jets everywhere, and the home theater was perfect for watching football games, TV and movies.

Phenomenal autumnal stay
The house was incredible with all the wonderful amenities (that were exactly as they were described). The natural surrounding was breathtaking with a beautiful pond and incredible bridges over creeks, it was everything our group wanted for a Fall break. I was also so appreciative of how ontop of it the property managers were, they were so helpful, especially in the run-up to the weekend!

Great place for a group getaway
We had a really great experience at this property, it has tons of amenities and is in a beautiful location. The yard and pond/walking trails are really nice and the deck is an incredible place to hang out. We would gladly stay here again, and highly recommend it.

We had a large group, and this house worked perfectly for us. I wish the weather were better so we could have taken more advantage of the huge outdoor space, but we had a great time with the game room and home theatre.

Amazing Property and Host
Property owner was super helpful with getting us booked and into the property with times that helped us out. Property was amazing! This is a must stay if you have a large group. Location is very private, minutes away from a ton of different activities, but you won't need to go anywhere to have a good time as the house has everything you need. Definitely hoping to stay again in the future. If you are on the fence, trust me when I say that it is WELL WORTH IT.

Great New Hampshire get away with the feel of nature but close to retail and restaurants.
Communication was great from start to finish. Property was large and lots of outdoor areas for activities. The movie theater was a big perk as well, when you weren't soaking in the hot tub.

Escape to Paradise in the woods.
From beg to end,it was seamless and incredible hospitality. This was the first time this group of friends from a social non profit group went away together. The manager was extremely attentive and resourceful. We are now planning next year.

Awesome place, perfect for what we needed.
Sean’s place was great, Mike was an awesome manager. Very accommodating, checked in throughout the stay, responsive, easy to work with and friendly. Our stay couldn’t have gone better. The house was very expensive for the amount of time we were there, but options in the area are very limited and it was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing Stay!
This house was perfect for our bachelorette getaway and has every amenity you could possibly need and more! Very simple check-in and check-out process. Mike was very helpful through the whole process and checked-in with us before, during and after our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! Very spacious. Centrally located and tacked away for privacy for privacy
Lots of things to do at the house inside and outside. Great electronical gadgets and lots of nature to enjoy. The river stream, the gazebo, the fire pit hot tub lots of stuff to mention. Great experience all around...definitely would love to come back

Great Stay
Incredibly communicative property manager, simple check-in and check-out process. We had about 12 guys up there for a bachelor party, and this house had everything we needed. Great yard for games, close to a golf course, movie theatre, and Mario Kart on N64.

Great rental for a Bachelor Party!
We rented this house for my brother’s bachelor party in Aug 2021. Great location, plenty of space, and has all of the amenities you need! Sean was incredibly helpful throughout the entire rental process. He checked in with us before, during and after our stay.
