Bienvenido a nuestro lago en Island Lake en Barnes, Wisconsin. Island Lake tiene aproximadamente 60 acres y aproximadamente 50 pies de profundidad. El lago es lo suficientemente grande como para esquiar y hacer tubing, pero lo suficientemente pequeño como para que no tenga tráfico pesado de botes. Un paseo muy suave hacia el lago conduce a una playa de entrada cero con arena de azúcar y agua cristalina.

La cabaña es muy limpia y acogedora con todas las comodidades del hogar. Cuenta con 3 niveles con una cama queen, una cama individual y medio baño en la planta superior, una cama queen en el piso principal y un baño completo, y una habitación en la planta baja con dos camas individuales, un sofá cama y un tercer baño completo. Hay un futón adicional que se extiende a un colchón para dormir y espacio para un colchón de aire. Mientras que la cabina tiene capacidad para 8 personas cómodamente, ciertamente hay espacio para más, especialmente si hay niños y / o invitados que no les importa quedarse en lugares más estrechos.

La cabina incluye una cocina completamente equipada, ropa de cama, toallas de baño y ventiladores de techo. Nuestros huéspedes están configurados con productos iniciales de papel como papel higiénico, toallas de papel y kleenex. Se les pide a los huéspedes que proporcionen sus propias toallas de playa, productos de papel adicionales y productos de comida desechables (platos de papel, vasos, servilletas, etc.).

Una cubierta junto al lago con una mesa y sillas te espera para tomar un café, un cóctel o un juego de cartas. Hay un pozo de fuego cerca del lago, un bote de remos, una canoa y tres kayaks listos para su uso, y una gran cantidad de vida silvestre. Relaxation and Family Fun
We enjoyed many campfires by the lake. Wonderful seating areas by the fire pit and beach . It was so nice to have a good selection of family board games and yard games. Such a peaceful location! The kids loved using the kayaks that were supplied! Beautiful clear water and sandy beach area were great for swimming and jumping off dock. Would definitely come back for another relaxing get away! This cabin fit our two families comfortably and had everything we needed!

Excellent property with great owners
Mike and Jenny have an amazing property in a great, quiet location. Mike answered my million questions before our trip with no hesitation and communication before and during our stay was answered quickly. We spent 3 nights at their cabin with our 3 pre-teen and teen boys and found the cabin to be a great size for us all to space out when needed. The paddle boat and kayaks were a huge hit with our kids, as was the fire pit located right next to the lake. For the most part, the cabin came with everything we thought we would need. A few things I would suggest, but didn't make our stay any less enjoyable, would be tongs and a can opener for the kitchen. We searched for both and couldn't find either. We made do with what we could find though and it all worked out great! Mike and Jenny have amazing neighbors on both sides, both whom have dogs that were very nice! The Welhavens(they are the neighbors to the right if you are looking at the lake from the cabin) have three dogs (Tucker, Remy and Sassy) and Tucker would come visit us whenever we were outside. Our 12 year old, who is an animal lover, absolutely enjoyed him! Reid Welhaven came over and introduced himself and and let us know about the dogs shortly after we arrived, and gave us some great ideas of things to do in the area and places to check out, which came in handy! We are already considering booking Mike and Jennys cabin for next summer!

Perfect Family Friendly Northwoods Cabin
This was our families second time at the cabin. It was the perfect location for our families to get away to the had all of the amenities that we needed. Great fishing, perfect beach front for our little ones to go swimming, great dock, great outdoor space! I’m really thankful for the owners of this perfect little getaway. It really did have everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and we would love to come back.

Perfect Northwoods Getaway
Four of us spent a long weekend here for my moms 69th birthday. It was a perfect spot to relax, do a little fishing, and it was a great starting point for adventures to Pattison State Park, Amnicon Falls State Park, and Superior. The owners responded quickly when I had a question before our arrival and the neighbors were friendly and gave great suggestions for things to do or places to eat when we ventured out. We are dog lovers and enjoyed the visits from the neighbors dogs but the neighbors did emphasize that if we were bothered by the dogs to let them know so they could keep them from visiting. As all of my group has dogs it made the experience more homey and enjoyable for us.

Cozy and peaceful Retreat
I recently stayed at this charming cabin for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect. The interior is cozy, with comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of exploring the nearby trails. We had the best time staying at this cabin in Barnes! There is plenty of space to spread out and the place has everything you need! The hosts were amazing at getting back to us and making sure we had everything we needed! Loved our stay and would defintely come back to stay here again!

Beautiful spot and awesome cabin. Wonderful neighbors that will bend over backwards to help you. The cabin was super clean everything was comfortable. Beautiful deck awesome fire pit. Plenty of firewood. Definitely would stay there again. Everything you would want just like at home. Beds very comfortable. It was awesome

Bicheno Cottage
The perfect location to explore Bicheno. Loved the outlook over Waub’s Bay Beach and we spent lots of time enjoying drinks and nibbles at the private picnic bench. Really comfortable beds and loads of towels which was really appreciated. The open fireplace was gorgeous. A solid well loved cottage with everything you need. The driveway looks spectacular but the foliage does scrape against the car as you drive in- otherwise an easy and perfect stay.
