“We needed to stay close to the airport, and this One Palm Tree apartment was perfect. The owner and Mr. Mark were excellent communicators. Mr. Mark waited for us to take us to the apartment after a late evening arrival from the USA. I enjoyed the balcony, the washer, and the shower was great. It met all of our needs and was a great 2-day stay. ”

“Check in / front desk and guards are very helpful and they always greeted you with a smile. The place is very clean and new, just a simple suggestions, it would be nice if there’s a kitchen towel, pot holder to use inside the unit and instead of a small oven toaster, i think microwave will be more useful and additional socket adaptor for small kitchen appliances would be better as well, but overall experinece is excellent! The operator is also very considerate, almost forgot to mention that! ...

“A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. “I stayed for about ten days while visiting a nearby university. The staff were all very kind and readily assisted me whenever I needed help. The surrounding area was quite convenient, with local restaurants, convenience stores, laundries, and cafes all within walking distance. The room was also well-equipped with a microwave and an induction cooker, making it easy to prepare meals in the room. If I have a similar opportunity in the future, I would definitely choose to stay here again!”
